No show for Ro, to the net she go

posted at 8:15 pm on November 9, 2007 by Bryan

This way, it’ll be even easier to avoid.

Courted by NBC for a possible cable talk show, then spurned for speaking out of turn about it, Rosie O’Donnell says she doesn’t need the mainstream media to have a program anyway.

Typical quality journalism from People magazine — the show’s demise had more to do with money than Rosie’s big mouth. It’s just a little hard to wax poetic about contractual clauses.

“I’m going to figure out a way to do a show here, in my blogville, because I really think it’s the next way anyway,” O’Donnell says in her latest video blog post, uploaded Friday to Rosie.com. “Who the hell wants to work for a company with three letters that’s just going to get mad when you tell people what you’re doing?”

Well, she may have stumbled onto something there. Busted clock, etc.

Best of both worlds! Rosie easy to avoid, and HotAir can still post clips. Brilliant!

Ordinary1 on November 9, 2007 at 8:18 PM

When Rosie sits on top of anything it pretty much disappears really.

inviolet on November 9, 2007 at 8:20 PM

Bryan didn’t break the blog. Since when does fire burn blog?! Blogs don’t collapse like that either. We want the TRUTH!

Ordinary1 on November 9, 2007 at 8:20 PM

company with three letters

I didn’t count, but doesn’t MSNBC have 5 letters?

lorien1973 on November 9, 2007 at 8:21 PM

Question the timing?

abinitioadinfinitum on November 9, 2007 at 8:26 PM

AP will be happy…lots of work.

to the net she go

I knew that someone with a net must have been chasing her…guess he finally caught her.

A long stay in a soundproof, padded room with a strong lock on the door will be good for everyone.

Posting Ro too many times lately has broken the blog. Sheesh…brain bleach, now we need blog bleach.

Uh huh. There you go, getting our hopes up, when you know perfectly well that you and Allah will continue to post hourly updates on everyone’s favorite fat lesbo lesRo. Anything for traffic, right?

Gag.

Somehow I picture her blogging as the gaming guy in the Southpark episode about WOW. With extra cheeto stains.

Bryan, just a suggestion. In the future when you have a story about Rosie couldn’t you put up a picture of a beautiful woman and just put a line through it.
Thank you in advance.
P.S., my stomach also thanks you.

With Rosie doing her blog show,I guess,we can look
more to the children being iliterate, and stupider
from the left.

canopfor on November 9, 2007 at 9:44 PM

The Ann Coulter of the left! Those two should get together.

Then we’d never hear from Rosie again.

I’ll second that. Rosie is more efficient at killing a mood than either saltpeter or a cold shower.

pedestrian on November 9, 2007 at 9:55 PM

So like matter and antimatter, they explode and cancel each other out? Or do they get drunk on their own celebrity instead, a la Bob Harrington and Madalyn Murray O’Hair?

Wanderlust on November 9, 2007 at 10:03 PM

In all honesty I’ve got to say you come very close to Geraldo and Greta by posting this crap. Rosie is a “troubled soul” who is watching her career in the public implode because she has made the mistake of reading her own press and thinking that her e-mail supporters represent typical American public thought.

highhopes on November 9, 2007 at 10:17 PM

Yeah I too was gonna start an online TV show but I have other crap to do.

Finally, something we can all agree on. lesRo (gag) has brought us together.

Splashman on November 9, 2007 at 10:59 PM

DAMN IT! I thought we were done seeing her ugly mug on HotAIr when she got tossed from the View. Can we ban AP from ever posting clips or links to her video blog?

pedestrian on November 9, 2007 at 9:55 PM

That’s an insult to Ann. She is an accomplished intelligent person who has a thoughtful purpose for everything she says.

Rosie is a blathering moonbat who wouldn’t know a salient concept if it happened to knock a building down.

csdeven on November 10, 2007 at 12:10 AM

It was meant to be an insult to Ann, regrettably. pedestrian, do yourself a favor and review their backgrounds and accomplishments and then rethink your comparison. There isn’t any.

Jaibones on November 10, 2007 at 12:22 AM

sigh.

pedestrian on November 10, 2007 at 12:53 AM

pedestrian is correct: “sigh”.

the krickiest part of this is that w/the advent of new media, rosie is likely to make plenty of dough over time, no matter what medium she trolls about in.

And we should all do whatever possible to help her along.

Yeah, Rosie’s right. I mean, come on people! What kind of executive doesn’t want you on his network when your shining intellectual clarity consists of:

Ching-Chong!
“Never before in history has fire melted steel!”
“Hanging upside down like a bat is therapeutic.”
“The primary purpose of being on the View is to agree with me. If you don’t, I call it lacking friendship’”
Building 7 is proof 9/11 was an inside job!

What do Rosie O’Donut and Sean Penn have in common? Answer = Madonna! I wonder if Madonna is the puppet master of these two traitors. She certainly earns enough money to influence people in the entertainment industry.

sonnyspats1 on November 10, 2007 at 12:54 PM

Thats entertainment?

Buzzy on November 10, 2007 at 2:50 PM

C’mon guys, how can this go wrong. I’ve seen her blog and the time and effort she spend writing, editing, spell checking and thinking about the word placement and grammar in her blog can now be done in her show….

Wait, I may not have thought this all the way through.

gekkobear on November 11, 2007 at 6:17 AM

There are some people who should not have any type of career because they are not able to grasp the simplest of rules.

Rosie is one of those who can not follow our cultures basic truths, as well as not having enough brains to understand that steel is made by melting steel and other minerals to forge them into a harder substance.

The asbestos (remember environmentalist banded asbestos or required its fire retardation qualities to be limited) of all of the World Trade complex was insufficient to prevent the heat from melting the steel.

Maybe she has been snorting asbestos vice cocaine because she is too cheap to buy the good stuff.
