I have no doubt that the FBI and others have made this case very plain to the bulk of Islamic religious “leaders” in the wake of 9/11. The short version of the lecture, in my opinion, is: “Any more terrorism here, and your ass is your own! So you better start thinking about culling out the radicals.”

I don’t believe the gov’t can do squat for American Muslims if another serious attacks occurs. And whatever libtards try to protect the American Muslims will face much the same retaliation.

Unpleasant thought, but there it is.

I hope Fred or whoever wins the nomination would choose JB for their Veep. No one else could invigorate the conservatives more and get out the vote better. ‘Twould be an interesting campaign. Think of the debate between JB and hillary’s Veep wannabe.

I think he would make a pretty swell running mate and vice president. Congress doesnt get the option to confirm the vice president.

If he can survive Foggy Bottom without surrendering in the name of “diplomacy”, he can handle the White House with ease.

If they pulled Bolton into this election it could recharge the conservative battery. He could reaganize the election. That is a word I use a lot:

I like this guy because he has been totally straight. he does not back down. he does not worry about upsetting the apple cart, the prima donnas, or the P.C. princesses. I think he doesn’t waste time noticing them

He appeals as a candidate simply because he does not seem to be like most others who are positioning themselves to be both what they think we want and what they think they can get away with.

He has the Reagan in him. No b.s. Reagan did not pose. Reagan had beliefs and he lived by them. That was the best thing about Reagan. he really meant what he said. It was so cool. That was the real Camelot.

No one could shake Reagan and no one could shake me from liking him either. The more they carped about his ideals the more they spread his ideals thoughout the land because we knew he was not B.S.’ing us

Exactly. Not something we’ll be proud of targeting ME innocents, but it will happen. It won’t even entirely be violence, but it will be a reinforced wariness of people of those nationalities, and if they are smart, they will be filing out of the country in huge numbers, or they’ll be a lot louder about their condemnations.

They’re playing the waiting game. In years to come they’ll have demographic advantages in Europe, Africa, Russia and even India. The multiple sporadic attacks that occur are useful in cowing non-Muslims into silence during the meantime.

Hitchens is wrong when he says that 9/11 awakened us to this threat. The threat was already proceeding quite apace, 9/11 just created a frozen shock in the Western world that in many cases has led to increased immigration from majority-Muslim countries and ever more cowardly stances.

The one thing that really annoys me is when people say that they (the ROPers) are so stupid that they’re are bound to lose. The jihadists run rings around us infidels every day and yet because their beliefs are somewhat primitive its assumed that we must somehow be smarter. No amount of theorising by idiots with PhDs can match the cunning of your average emir.

Excuse me, but democrats already surrendered in both houses of Congress while our magnificent military beat back the surrendercrats by kicking Al-Qaeda in the teeth over in Iraq.
