TBinSTL – you are so right. AA will do everything in it’s power to settle this with as little publicity as possible. What they should do is stand up, fight it out. That would impress the flying public more than anything else. I’m tired of people being reprimanded for poor behavior then threatening suit. If you or I behaved in such a manner, we’d not only be thrown off the flight but laughed out of court if we tried to sue.
