Wow. That was really interesting.
“There are some things you can’t say in Cuba. Nobody…”

Cubans, the real Americans. Hey Hollywood, where is your support for the arts now? This is what the liberals want to suppress, and the conservatives embrace…real artistic freedom.
Every Cuban I have ever met, I have learned to love. I am proud to have them in America, fearless, dedicated, family oriented, freedom loving, artistic, what is there not to admire?

That was great. One of the songs sounded Zappa-esq.
The emotion in there voices was tangible.

The Cuban commie govt has been arresting kids for wearing plastic braclets with the word “CHANGE” on them. I’m waiting for Danny Glover and Sean Penn to explain this.

Our liberals don’t want to talk about this, because these guys really are taking risks by speaking out, really are placing themselves in danger for their dissent, really are walking the walk and living the life under the gun…
Which really puts the lie to the ‘bravery’ of the effite left wing jerkoffs here in the States when they’re ’speaking out’…particularly after they’ve licked the boots of the very bastards that would arrest the musicians in the clip…

Belated thanks to Michelle for posting this and to everyone who commented positively about Cuban Americans. I am contributor to Val’s Babalu Blog. Like him I’m politically conservative and Republican.
I’ve had this theory that conservatives in America are more receptive to our message about Cuba and the support we’ve gotten from top conservative bloggers is proof of this.
I’d like to challenge our conservative bloggers though to do even more for Cuba. Here’s my thinking. Cuba is like a pet project for liberals. They love to defend castro and company. If conservative bloggers took up the cause of Cuban liberty and hammered on it all the time it would be a big F-U to the liberals and could really create an environment where the MSM could no longer ignore the Cuba issue.
I know it’s an issue that many aren’t too familiar with, but believe me these libs would be incensed if Cuba began to make headlines for the “wrong” reasons in their opinion.
