Who recently said:
“I don’t care if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, we all agree you’ve gotta shut the borders down. People who are coming into this nation taking our jobs.”
Is it:
A) Rep. Tom Tancredo
b) Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger
c) Terry MacAuliffe
d) Dennis Kucinich (as he boarded an illegal alien space craft)
or
e) Sen. Barack Obama
No fair Googling.
Answer here, but take a guess or two before you peek and don’t spoil it for others.
It nearly takes open rebellion by soccer moms and suburban dads, but some people in and around government are getting the message.
Update (AP): Video here.

First guess was right!! Woohoo!
Now if I only tested this well on my multi-variable calculus midterm!
Weebork on November 2, 2007 at 1:39 PM
Hey, I guessed right! I’m going to have a cookie.
MikeZero on November 2, 2007 at 1:40 PM
Darn I either guess right or I played “One of these things is not like the other….”
William Amos on November 2, 2007 at 1:42 PM
Wow, that was my third choice.
peski on November 2, 2007 at 1:44 PM
Whannnn… I got it wrong.
Maxx on November 2, 2007 at 1:44 PM
I should have guessed, considering the second sentence was poorly constructed.
pistolero on November 2, 2007 at 1:45 PM
Heh.
Bryan on November 2, 2007 at 1:47 PM
i got it wrong………..damnit
Defector01 on November 2, 2007 at 1:50 PM
That was so easy.
Once you eliminate the too obvious and the too “impossible” there was only one left.
I choose that one.
MB4 on November 2, 2007 at 1:51 PM
Well, it definitely wasn’t Rudy, so I’ll guess it was Obama. (I have no idea, really.)
FloatingRock on November 2, 2007 at 1:52 PM
Yay for me. I got it right.
And the snark on that linked website made me want to blast a hole in the screen of my work computer.
“Nuestra Voice” indeed.
Yet another example of why I will never again set foot in Mexico.

Chew gut-et mannn!
dmann on November 2, 2007 at 2:02 PM
Yeah, I guessed right, pretty much what MB4 said.
Bad Candy on November 2, 2007 at 2:02 PM
What was especially gratifiying was how irritated the Latino News writer was , whoever that person is.
Notice the typically demonizing and threatening attitude.
Speakup on November 2, 2007 at 2:03 PM
I get it now. Give licenses to illegals so that it will make it easier to deport them and thereby prevent them from taking American jobs from Americans that don’t want them. Got it. Might have trouble fitting that on a billboard, though.
Vizzini on November 2, 2007 at 2:08 PM
I got it wrong too. After reading the piece, like Hawkins it reminds me of why we’re staying out of Mexico for the rest of our lives.
Catie96706 on November 2, 2007 at 2:14 PM
Chew gut-et
mannnmainnn!dmann on November 2, 2007 at 2:02 PM
I cannot and will not tolerate bad pronunciation when it comes to a Tony Montianja? impression.
sonnyspats1 on November 2, 2007 at 2:25 PM
Huh, he gets it and he’s not running
Kini on November 2, 2007 at 2:29 PM
Without giving the answer away, I really enjoyed that link to the photo of the UFO.
fred5678 on November 2, 2007 at 2:32 PM
Best wishes on that, it took me two times to pass that course!
NTWR on November 2, 2007 at 2:32 PM
The trackback kinda blows the surprise.
aunursa on November 2, 2007 at 2:33 PM
From the link above: Now we’re talkin’!
Just a LITTLE enforcement goes a long way. Yet another powerful example of attrition by enforcement. President Bush, are you paying attention?
fred5678 on November 2, 2007 at 2:38 PM
Could you repeat that in Spanish? I’m not sure Bush understands English. Here, I will translate for Bush:
A pequeno policio goes a longo way-o. Yet-o another humongo example-o of go-backo arriba policio with el gun-os
entagor on November 2, 2007 at 2:45 PM
So, dose this represent a rift in the Democratic party between the leftist and regular dems?
liquidflorian on November 2, 2007 at 2:48 PM
I recently heard Tancreado speak on CSPAN, it sounds like him…
Did I win?
4shoes on November 2, 2007 at 3:02 PM
They must be out polling.
Reminds me of Mr Burns was running for office.
Hening on November 2, 2007 at 3:05 PM
I missed it. I went for the low hanging Obama fruit.
csdeven on November 2, 2007 at 3:12 PM
Just guessed on MacAuliffe, but upon further reflection, it makes perfect sense. These people are who they are. Purely politics. Nothing less, nothing more.
captivated_dem on November 2, 2007 at 3:24 PM
I spoiled it. I’ll go away now.
captivated_dem on November 2, 2007 at 3:30 PM
This doesnt mean a thing. The donkeys know they are on the wrong side of this issue big time so you can expect to see a lot of tough talk out of them for the next few months.
They’ll do nothing.
A pox on their house.
Labamigo on November 2, 2007 at 3:31 PM
Fred Thompson has a detailed immigration policy. It’s not so much immigration reform as it is ENFORCEMENT of existing laws.
sonnyspats1 on November 2, 2007 at 3:37 PM
sonnyspats1 on November 2, 2007 at 2:25 PM
Thanks…I sit corrected!
dmann on November 2, 2007 at 3:38 PM
Sure, you are going to go all the way back to January to find this quote. I am sure he has become more nuanced, informed, brought out of the shadows, realized what a racist remark that was, [enter your favorite liberal diversion quote].
/Oh heck he realized what an affront it was to the children.
LakeRuins on November 2, 2007 at 3:42 PM
Thanks…I sit corrected!
dmann on November 2, 2007 at 3:38 PM
Heh Heh
sonnyspats1 on November 2, 2007 at 3:49 PM
I don’t think it matters. Probably everybody makes their guess before reading the comments.
FloatingRock on November 2, 2007 at 4:02 PM
Thats why I picked the ‘talkinator’.
shooter on November 2, 2007 at 10:52 PM
Phew! Thanks. I expected a whoopin’ for that.
captivated_dem on November 3, 2007 at 9:37 AM
I guessed MacAuliffe because Tancredo would have been too obvious (and we wouldn’t be playing this guessing game), the Governator has not descended that far yet, and LOL to Kucinich and Obama supporting the border.
Process of elimination, really.
BKennedy on November 3, 2007 at 11:31 AM
It was The Punk????
He’s such a dead ringer for Alan B’Stard MP
