I asked this at the end of a thread too late the other day. All due respect, TA, but isn’t yelling over and over “somebody help me” (against the police, mind you) inciting a riot? No sarcasm intended; this is a real question. Just imagine the melee and human damage on all sides that would quickly have ensued if one or two big college guys decided to start “helping” him in that situation.

Anyway, it’s fun to beat up on an unsympathetic college kid isn’t it? It is so America. Ya’ll are probably the same people who say that college athletes shouldn’t be heckled because they are kids.

Gosh :). Was that necessary? I don’t feel quite like a sadist for thinking he was wrong to jump the line–refusing others who waited their free speech–and then totally hijack the proceedings, first by asking questions he wouldn’t let John Kerry answer and then by yelling over everyone when being removed. Was tasing necessary? I don’t know. But I know he needed to be removed.

If I were him I would not have thought I was doing anything wrong to be getting arrested for either. He did nothing wrong and was never told he was under arrest until after they tased him. NO ONE is allowed to do whatever they want, anytime or anywhere in this country. We have laws designed to protect people (and in rare cases, to prevent them from making asses out of themselves). And it doesn’t matter who’s the Prez at the time.

Kerry, like all the libs, are calculating sacks of doo doo. He couldn’t very well stand up for the free speech rights of a jagoff that cut in line when the people he cut in on had their free speech rights violated.
