Video: Hottest Halloween costume evah?

posted at 2:30 pm on October 31, 2007 by Allahpundit

So woozy with gadget lust was I after the iPhone debuted that for a few days this is how people looked to me. Indeed, had these guys been women, I dare say this clip might have constituted … emotional abuse.

If Hitchens and I are wrong about you know what, then I think this is what the seraphim will probably look like. And the iPhones themselves? Rapture.

You beat me to it! I was saving this video for a Halloween costume post later tonight.

I’m embarrassed to show you my iphone costume now. So primitive by comparison. No LCD displays! Nevertheless, I’ll put up a photo later today after we take the kids trick or treating…

Michelle maybe you can put your iphone custume on auction with proceeds to the AP iphone fund LOL.

Great video for a wednesday AP

My wife picked up a Bill Clinton mask in the Target bargain bin.

Scares the daylights out of my son.

Good thing you don’t have a daughter. ;:- )

abinitioadinfinitum on October 31, 2007 at 2:49 PM

I was hoping one of the iPhones would fall over and the chips and components would come spilling out.

Good thing you don’t have a daughter. ;:- )

I was tempted to wear it when I bring Junior out later, but I’m afraid I’d frighten the women in the neighborhood.

That sure beats my Microsoft Excel costume. Great, now I gotta go to my backup costume–the Linux Penguin.

Mojack420 on October 31, 2007 at 3:08 PM

Heh. You’re still in a funk over your IPhone-less situation huh, AP?

You need to switch gears. Hold out for the G-Phone!

Stay away kids! THEY ARE FULL OF P.C.B.s

TheSitRep on October 31, 2007 at 3:18 PM

And the iPhones themselves? Rapture.

No. No. Rapture is not the appropriate word. I think what you really meant to say was orgasm!c.

By the way, you’re all invited to my imaginary Halloween party tonight. I’m imagining MKH will be showing up around 8.

I’d imagine the Cramps will be playing live around 10. And there’ll be plenty of beer brewed by a conservative brewery that sponsors gun shows.

Giant iBricks are the hottest costumes?

(Sorry, I’m still chuckeling from my girlfriends rage at Apple for first dropping the price a day after she bought hers and then it went dead after the update and she never hacked her iphone.)

It’s good to see the real saint kansas back, I’ve been missing your humor for the past few days or so

And people have the gall to claim there is no Great Pumpkin.

inviolet on October 31, 2007 at 4:53 PM

As with most Apple equipment, I fear the inevitable.

My collie says:

You mean, when they least expect it, those costumes will spontaneously combust?

Jinx. You weren’t supposed to say it out loud.

CyberCipher on October 31, 2007 at 5:03 PM

Nah, hottest costume would be the HACK for the iPhone to use it on a prefered carrier instead of crappy ATT

dm60462 on October 31, 2007 at 6:30 PM

My favorite was the virle video of a large Iphone with all these teenagers crawling towards it with the theme of 2001 A Space Oydessy blaring with the Kettle Drums roaring

Priceless
