We’re in the grip of xenophobia, don’t you know. All it takes to heal the wounds is a little forgiveness from the people we’ve been oppressing and we’ll be back on the right track. Tacked on to the end: Sherri Shepherd’s suggestion that men nowadays think it’s okay to hit a woman who lays a hand on them. Evidently I missed that memo, and glad I am, too.

Nazis, huh?
That’s a new one.

Dude, you guys are on a roll with the stories today. I can barely keep up.
BadgerHawk on October 26, 2007 at 7:06 PM
Radical islam, come and get these idiots out of my Country.
abinitioadinfinitum on October 26, 2007 at 7:08 PM
When a relatively small violent segment of a religion has a stated goal of destroying your nation, the natural response is to become nationalistic. And when the majority of that religion tacitly approves of that violence by staying silent, it’s clear that it is “THEM” because their loyalty to their religion is greater than their loyalty to the country that protects them.
Liberalism is a psychological disorder.
csdeven on October 26, 2007 at 7:08 PM
Apparently Whoopi saw that Iranian demonstration with the Nazi America flag. No way she would have thought of that herself.
“Hey Whoopi, look! Its the Reich! They’ve come after you! RUN!”
Whoopi: “What NOOOOOO!”
“Just kidding dumb*&^9, you’re in America, and that &^%$ doesn’t happen here!”
BKennedy on October 26, 2007 at 7:13 PM
I was thinking that same thing. Michelle must have that whip out. :)
abinitioadinfinitum on October 26, 2007 at 7:14 PM
Muslim relativism and hitting women in the same segment.
The gap closes a little more each time they open their mouths, don’t it?
bbz123 on October 26, 2007 at 7:14 PM
So, wars are bad. The fight against cancer, racism, drugs… all bad.
Maybe the view should remember wars provided those cackling hens the right to speak their
emptyminds, and especially Whoopi, since the Civil War helped her.Yeah, war certainly is bad.
madmonkphotog on October 26, 2007 at 7:16 PM
Wow, just when I thought the Hollywood elite couldn’t possibly get more stupid, Whoopie goes and bats one right out of the Marching Morons Park.
Mindcrime on October 26, 2007 at 7:19 PM
War should be so easy.
RedWinged Blackbird on October 26, 2007 at 7:19 PM
Whoopi’s one of “them” idiots.
I can’t believe they would even have a man around to slap in the 1st place. What a loser that guy would be.
nottakingsides on October 26, 2007 at 7:22 PM
That’s like a whole new level of stupid.
lowandslow on October 26, 2007 at 7:24 PM
That is some industrial strength stooopid right there. Wow. I must have missed all those pogroms in America’s past.
I know it’s a minor thing but I really enjoyed the part at the beginning where Bayhar (sp?) says about WWII, you’ve seen the movies, you know what they went through. Doesn’t anyone ever read a friggin’ book anymore? It’s called history, try it.
By the way, I will never be ‘them’ as Whoopi puts it. White male baby! I am The Man.

Yeah. As if blondes could fly planes into tall buildings. Sheesh!
SailorDave on October 26, 2007 at 7:35 PM
Or an afro baby from a poor uneducated village in the middle on an unpronouncible tract of land.
If he or she doesn’t boost intelligence, it at least increases the ratio of pure ignorance:willful ignorance
BKennedy on October 26, 2007 at 7:36 PM
Why do we care about Whoopi? I mean really.
I’m going to make a general statement here based on my limited experience as an actress. Most actors/actresses/comedianes/film writers ect. have experienced great pain in their lives. Dysfunctional family big time type pain.
Whoopi has had eight abortions. Did you know that? This is not a stable woman. We should never care or even listen to what she has to say.
Rightwingsparkle on October 26, 2007 at 7:37 PM
Holy Crap. Whoopi has killed more black children through abortion than a standard KKK Lynch mob with bats and torches.
Another victory for Planned Parenthood and its white supremacist, genocidal founders. 8 lives taken, 1 life twisted and broken forever. Some legacy; PP must be proud.
BKennedy on October 26, 2007 at 7:42 PM
Well, at least she’s smarter than her mother.
RedWinged Blackbird on October 26, 2007 at 7:42 PM
Comparing the US to Nazi Germany only shows the total ignorance of these morons. If they had studied and had any kind of grasp of 30’s Germany and the war years, they would not make such a ridiculous comparison. But as Whoopi has said before, she bases her opinions on feelings, not fact. No kidding. No wonder she come off as a stupid moron, like the rest of Hollyweird.
katieanne on October 26, 2007 at 7:43 PM
Jessica is a MENSA International member compared to Whoopi the numbskull. It’s just not worth hitting play.
Griz on October 26, 2007 at 7:44 PM
You know, I consider myself a gentleman for the most part and was raised never to lay a hand on a woman. But I don’t think I would have much problem in slapping the hell out of that whole panel. And enjoying it!
conservnut on October 26, 2007 at 7:47 PM
Heh, good one.
conservnut on October 26, 2007 at 7:50 PM
I just got pulled into a debate with a leftie at the doctor’s office today. He summed it up with “just as long as we get out of this war, the sooner the better”. I told him “if that’s all you want, just have everyone convert to Islam and kill all the Jews. Problem solved.”
Doesn’t it occur to anyone that this war is ABOUT SOMETHING?
stonemeister on October 26, 2007 at 7:52 PM
Allahpundit: I know bits and pieces of The View are like roadkill - sometimes you can’t avoid hitting - it truly weakens Hot Air to cite and replay the insanity broadcast from that show… Honestly I think watching The View kills brain cells at a greatly enhanced rate… It would actually help Hot Air to not even mention the show, not even in reference…
IntheNet on October 26, 2007 at 7:52 PM
Thanks a whole lot.
You mean to tell me that there are men out there so desperate that they would actually get that close to the “Whoop”?
I’m just glad that I had a good nights sleep last night, because I won’t be able to get that picture of the two of “them” out of my mind for the rest of the night.

Gee, I wish I was as smart as these rich, lard butt yentas.
RobCon on October 26, 2007 at 7:56 PM
Liberalism means many things and I’m sure csdeven approves of some of those meanings. I don’t think this is a place to vague. I think leftism is more appropriate here. And leftism is certainly a psychological disorder. Sadly, I’m somewhat ill today and don’t feel like defining leftism as precisely as I should in this comment. What I have in mind when I use the word “leftism” is beliefs like those of bandanna guy in the Jason Mattera/Adam Kokesh debate video that Bryan posted today and perhaps some of the beliefs of Adam Kokesh himself.
thuja on October 26, 2007 at 7:56 PM
I’d reply to this post; but I’m too busy knocking some sense into my wife. :P
lorien1973 on October 26, 2007 at 8:09 PM
We need to care what is said on this show for it was devised as a platform to disseminate left wing views to tens of millions of undiscriminating female minds sitting at home raising YOUR children.
jihadwatcher on October 26, 2007 at 8:09 PM
You mean to tell me that there are men out there so desperate that they would actually get that close to the “Whoop”?
And those men are called “Trekkies”
krakatoa on October 26, 2007 at 8:10 PM
And now for a joke in bad taste that is undeniably relevant:
What do you tell a woman with two black eyes?
Nothing, you’ve already told her twice.
krakatoa on October 26, 2007 at 8:11 PM
That’s my joke! *sniffles*
lorien1973 on October 26, 2007 at 8:13 PM
And I thought I was a male chauvinist pig.
RedWinged Blackbird on October 26, 2007 at 8:23 PM
That panel has the collective IQ of a mackerel.
infidel4life on October 26, 2007 at 8:25 PM
Uhm… Whoopie, you do know that your Democrats make up half the Senate and a majority of Congress in this so-called fascist nation?
Lawrence on October 26, 2007 at 8:31 PM
who said the babies were black? Ted Danson..you out there??
malkinmania on October 26, 2007 at 8:39 PM
Wait until Laura Ingraham guests on Nov. 12. She will absolutely level these clowns (in the nicest possible way, of course.)
WasatchMan on October 26, 2007 at 9:15 PM
Sure…why not?
Especially when the woman goes ‘n pulls a knife on ‘em
The Ugly American on October 26, 2007 at 9:17 PM
Ya know ! !
I feel a whole bunch smarter now that I watched the whole clip. I just wish I could figure out who thems gonna be in the next 4 years . Don’t ya know ! !

Shoot, she better duck… and she better get out her credit card, cuz we be splittin’ the bill 50/50 sweetheart. And open your own damn door!
Okay, that was a joke… but is Whoopi really a “woman”? I really don’t want to take knocking some sense in to her off the table, and I get the sense that it might need to be done physically. Oh who am I kidding, I’d just like to shave her head… Those tentacles are the source of her
poweridiocy.RightWinged on October 26, 2007 at 9:32 PM
Josephina Behar: “You’ve seen those movies, so you know what people went through.” That pretty much sums it up, don’t you think? From their perspective, if it’s in a movie, and you’ve seen it, you have a pretty good grasp of the reality of the situation.
Those poor deluded fools.
historybot on October 26, 2007 at 9:41 PM
yes we do have to get rid of those illegal people not because of their race but because they are here ILLEGALLY
is this the Them whoopie was talking about ?
Mojack420 on October 26, 2007 at 9:46 PM
Holy Moley! That’s right, I forgot about that.
shivers running up my spine
If one of those kids had been born, that could have been the liberal anti-christ.
conservnut on October 26, 2007 at 9:56 PM
Well that didn’t take long.
Ok. Who gave whoopy rosie’s underwear??
locomotivebreath1901 on October 26, 2007 at 10:06 PM
Liberal anti-Christ is redundant.
And I find the bigger tragedy isn’t that Whoopi had 8 abortions but that abortion is even legal in the first place.
Seriously, this woman has had her womb invaded eight times and had 8 children killed. If she isn’t infertile by now she’s at the very least permanently scarred physically and emotionally.
BKennedy on October 26, 2007 at 10:17 PM
krakatoa, as a trekker I strongly resent that comment.
Yes, and those men are called “muslims” and women are “them”
That’s why we fight, for one reason.
redshirt on October 26, 2007 at 10:19 PM
If a woman steps into a Mans world she gets what she deserves,Slapping is one thing,as is self defense but if you punch me like a man you WILL get knocked down with like force,I think that’s appropriate
Bob
Bobnormal on October 26, 2007 at 10:22 PM
You know what the problem here is, really?
They’re freakin’ idiots. All of ‘em.
The View? As my father would say: P.U.
Meryl Yourish on October 26, 2007 at 10:57 PM
We need to care what is said on this show for it was devised as a platform to disseminate left wing views to tens of millions of undiscriminating female minds sitting at home raising YOUR children.
They sure as hell aren’t raising my children. But I get your point.
Rightwingsparkle on October 26, 2007 at 11:20 PM
I think that’s appropriate too….if you live in Bizarro world.
tlynch001 on October 26, 2007 at 11:21 PM
Yeah, it’s all about OIL : )
Rick on October 26, 2007 at 11:29 PM
I used to think that also, but HA had a thread a month or so ago about the differences between the psychology of liberals and conservatives. The basic difference is that liberals destroy the father figure in favor of a nanny state mentality that will save them from their own stupidity.
csdeven on October 26, 2007 at 11:41 PM
Got me there!
conservnut on October 26, 2007 at 11:43 PM
Laura Ingraham still gonna be guest hoasting?

Why would a woman be allowed to hit a man with impunity? I don’t throw the first punch in a fight (regardless of the gender of the other party). That means I don’t get in many fights; none since I grew up to my Monstrous size.
The whole “don’t hit a woman” thing is based on the idea that men are supposed to protect women. A woman who initiates the use of force has forfeited her right to protection just like a man who does so forfeits his right to be left in peace.
It’s
importantcrucial to distinguish between the initiator and the retaliator. That the anti-male bias in the Social Warfare industry treats the male as the guilty party in a domestic violence situation, even when he’s had the crap beaten out of him, and the female has nary a scratch on her, indicates how far we are from that ideal. The Monster on October 27, 2007 at 12:20 AM
I was going to say something like; Man “The View” is proof that women are idiots.
But then thought about Monday Night Football and realized , No it is people in general are morons.
TheSitRep on October 27, 2007 at 6:50 AM
Damn, that gets more apparent every day.
You’re supposed to hate yourself, your culture, and everything like you, believing all else is equal if not superior.
If you don’t, you’re xenophobic.
saint kansas on October 27, 2007 at 9:34 AM
Well… Whoopi is one of the greatest minds of our time. Ya, right and I’m the easter bunny…
DThorn on October 27, 2007 at 12:21 PM
I’ll have to look at the video when I have the time to sit down later, but all respect I had accumulated for Whoopi after her run-in with Saint Al Sharpton, Most Holy Reverend of Black People - is going down the tubes.
Ryan Gandy on October 27, 2007 at 12:32 PM
A little bit of nationalism is a good and healthy thing Whoopie, especially when there is a concerted will to destroy us…..but when you see us building the ovens and gas chambers let me know, I’ll be the first to protest. Just sending these leaches and lunatics back to where they came from is hardly genocide.
As goldie lives her well protected life spending the millions she’s made off America, she has the gall to bad mouth us us under the veneer of holier than thou politics. I for one have seen your last movie, Whoopie.
Oh and PS. I hope your donating big bucks to La Raza to back up that big mouth. You are aren’t you?
Ernest on October 27, 2007 at 1:33 PM
Whoopie tried to show us there are them, us, and those other people and to defining them is purely dependent on one persons perspective.
When them and they get together do they really become “We”-as in “We the People”?
MSGTAS on October 28, 2007 at 10:23 AM
These women on The View must all send every cent they own into my Paypal account by midnight, tonight.
No particular reason.
(Since they don’t seem to use it, anyway.)
