Videos: Leftists being leftists, shutting down a conservative speaker and being jerks in the Capitol

Incorrect U (h/t Washington Times) has the first, from Emory University last night. David Horowitz was on hand to speak as part of Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week. Evidently quite a few in the crowd wanted to prevent awareness from having a chance to take root. They stood and turned their backs to him en masse, then erupted when the school threatened to kick them out. The end result was that Emory shut down the speech entirely. So Horowitz never got to deliver his speech on Islamo-Fascism, but he did help expose that fact that Emory is evidently infested with anti-speech fascists.
Here’s the second. It’s the Code Pinko Communists play-acting as they get themselves arrested while they staged some kind of idiotic attack on the Secretary of State yesterday. Pay special attention to the Pinko who throws herself to the floor to make the arresting officer look bad. I haven’t seen worse acting since The Phantom Menace.
The Pinko who got closest to Rice may face assault charges.

It’s only a matter of time before one of these nutjobs takes the ultimate step and seriously harms or kills someone. What then ?
DoctorDentons on October 25, 2007 at 8:25 AM
Who keeps letting these idiots into hearings?
Kermit on October 25, 2007 at 8:26 AM
I
So Jar Jar was actually in Code Pink ?
William Amos on October 25, 2007 at 8:27 AM
Good God I hope so. Rice should have driven her right elbow up into that insane woman’s chin and then kicked her unconscious. Where the fudge was security?! How can someone so obviously deranged and/or hysterical get so close (within inches) of the Secretary of State? I hope they toss that freakshow in the big house. Then she’ll get to see some mean women with real blood on their hands.

Tulane’s treatment of Coulter was not nearly as bad as Emory’s treatment of Horowitz. However, it was bad enough that my wife (3rd generation grad of Tulane/Newcomb) has written the university to advise that no more donations from her.
Kermit on October 25, 2007 at 8:34 AM
Dont tase me bro!
Dash on October 25, 2007 at 8:34 AM
Now now its not right to use that
Should be “dont tase the ho”
William Amos on October 25, 2007 at 8:37 AM
She should have been tasered… if for no other reason, it would have been funny.
madmonkphotog on October 25, 2007 at 8:38 AM
I was so hoping for Condi to punch her in the face. She was being threatened and had every right to.
JiangxiDad on October 25, 2007 at 8:39 AM
Every Friday, you, too, can see these nutjobs at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. People from FreeRepublic, Gathering of Eagles, and Protest Warrior chased them from the main gate, but they still lurk. Email me at senseiern(at)gmail.com if you are considering joining the good guys in the fight against the bad guys.
Michelle has been there a few times.

It’s just a matter of time before these idiots serious push someone over the edge. It’s a sad, sad, state of affairs.
E L Frederick (Sniper One) on October 25, 2007 at 8:49 AM
BTW Sheehan and others plan to be at the San Fransico Civic center this Saturday for a rally. Think that even Cynthia McKinney and Nation of Islam will ne there as well
Thats a whole lot of crazy in one area.
William Amos on October 25, 2007 at 8:49 AM
I’d love to see that myself. Problem is, she would probably never do that, especially with cameras around, which I can understand.
In fact, it would probably be some *good* press for Condi, while finally showing the Pinkos what they are really all about if Condi was able to be a “victim.”
Still, I’d pay good money to see her clock one of ‘em!
JamesLee on October 25, 2007 at 8:55 AM
How do they have time to do all this stuff? And the money to afford to travel all over to so many various meetings? My friends and I are far to busy working, raising families, paying bills, etc. to
spendwaste the time and money running around the nation yelling at everyone we don’t like. If we had the time and resources to waste on constant public protest for our cause, code pink would have a hundred thousand republican women in their face at every event telling them to sit down and shut up while the adults take care of protecting this country.deepdiver on October 25, 2007 at 8:56 AM
What happens when teh crazy reaches critical mass? Is there a mushroom cloud of craziness over SF? Or is SF built on some kind of extradimensional wormhole that absorbs the craziness to power the intergalactic armada? If we could figure out how to harness SF craziness, we’d never have an energy crisis again!

I have to fight the urge to want to suggest that Hillary offer free mental health care for Code Pink. Because they obviously need it
William Amos on October 25, 2007 at 9:08 AM
My kid gets a timeout when he acts like that CodePink woman. Talk about the “death of the adult”. What an embarrassment.
ej_pez on October 25, 2007 at 9:10 AM
(obvious) Theatre. You could have tickled her with a feather and she would have screamed “you’re hurting me”.
Again…how’d the nutbar with the “blood” on her hands get so close?
In my line of work, ANY fluid is considered contaminated. That could be assault with a deadly weapon.
LtE126 on October 25, 2007 at 9:15 AM
Code Pink is leftist garbage and no one should put up with their disgusting behavior. If they want war then we should give it to them.

Concurr add with that the fact that they are all middle aged divorcees whos ex-husbands pay for there hobbies, thier kids are either drugged up at the strip club or at some expenseive college getting indocturnated.
About $oro$. I find it terrifying that one man is taking over this country. The left might say that Bush, Cheney and Rove are evil nazies but the fact is they will peacefully release power in less than a year and and a half. $oro$ is not elected, talk about a phantom menence.

In the NHL you get 2 minutes in the box for a dive like that plus you get laughed at.
VikingGoneWild on October 25, 2007 at 9:38 AM
I feel for the security/police nowadays. They have to be so PC that it takes 2-3 officers all day to get the cuffs on one out-of-shape middle-aged hippie and throw her out. Should take about 10 seconds.
nottakingsides on October 25, 2007 at 9:44 AM
Reaganaut,
He’s hoping people will take his advise because even if it doesn’t trigger a recession it will hurt the economy, and what hurts America is good for the Dems, especially when they are trying to win the White House back.
Lancer on October 25, 2007 at 9:45 AM
In 2000, all the lefties here had anti-corporate bumper stickers: “Elections that are for sale aren’t free!”. When $oro$ declared his intention to buy the 2004 election, I literally didn’t see one of those stickers.
I’m surprised this is a Code Pink vid. Even many of them must have seen what crappy acting it was.
eeyore on October 25, 2007 at 9:48 AM
arite…bryan…you and i both know i hate meaningless stories about idiot kids being just that. but alas, i must admit that this time its a bit different. they got the speech shut down.
i think we may finally see eye to eye bryan
ernesto on October 25, 2007 at 9:51 AM
There was a day when people like this were herded into a small courtyard and the sound of rifle fire broke the silence of a quiet afternoon. Then, brave heroes from the US military put an end to many of those regimes. Those are the same types of heroes these idiots hate and work to undermine.
Back when Clinton outlawed protest, elderly Pro-life protesters were treated terribly to send a message to others. Maybe they should pick up on the Reno/Clinton tactics with these twits, since that’s who these pathetic pink pukes support.

Code Pinks are good enough to identify themselves in advance by their garb. If they must be admitted, put a plainclothes cop in the seat to the left and another in the seat to the right. The instant one of these idiots starts their illegal activity, she gets taken to the floor and removed quickly. Even if it doesn’t dissuade them in the future (it won’t), minimize danger to others and allow the event to continue. Sorry for the simplicity of the suggestion, but it comes from experience.
And there is NO reason that a lunatic dressed like that with red paint on her hands should have been able to accost Condi.
AmericanDad on October 25, 2007 at 10:18 AM
Nope, I do believe that he was in Code Bink.
N. O'Brain on October 25, 2007 at 10:24 AM
They expect people to take them serious? I love the Code Pink tiaras…
krabbas on October 25, 2007 at 10:25 AM
How do these people get into the hearing room? Are these hearings open to the public? Can anyone just walk in off the street, go through the metal detector, and take a seat?
Is there no screening process? Id requirements? Spectators allowed to sit anywhere? VIPs not segregated from the general public??
How do repeat offenders get in a second, [third....repeatedly] time(s).
If a visitor/spectator pass is required to attend, then who is handing out those passes? They should be identified by name, affiliation.
The woman with ‘fake but accurate’ ‘blood on her hands’ is nuts! a zealot, a fanatic. Who ever it is that is getting these people into these meetings is engaged in a conspiracy to threaten, and intimidate White House staff, Cabinet officers, and conservative Republicans.
The only thing different between Code Pink, and the 1930’s Brown Shirts is the color of their shirts.

The Capitol Police police should be censured for what happened with Secretary Rice. These people are close enough to attack Rice, and this is not acceptable.

oldelpasoan on October 25, 2007 at 10:34 AM
Fake blood on her hands?
When they did that at Gitmo, it was called torture.
MayBee on October 25, 2007 at 10:53 AM
I blame the officers, here. The fact that the woman was able without any difficulty to articulate the phrase “Stop! You’re hurting me!” meant that they were obviously not hurting her enough.
morganfrost on October 25, 2007 at 10:58 AM
It is clear that the Capitol Police are a completely incompetent organization.
JayHaw Phrenzie on October 25, 2007 at 11:02 AM
Come on theyb let Cynthia McKinney bitchslap them !
If it had been police with some malkins then McKinney would have been tazed until the bros came home
William Amos on October 25, 2007 at 11:14 AM
God bless and protect Condi.Someone here has it right that this organization should be banned from these type hearings due to a history of this type disruptive behavior. The leftist dems are supporting these disruptions and foster continual disrespect to the Executive Branch. I wish GWB was the despot they accuse him of being and would retaliate for this criminal behavior. This is not free speech; this is anarchy.
apostle53 on October 25, 2007 at 11:17 AM
What is the best is that it looks like Code Pink posted that video themselves…they want people to see them act like that! Do they think that we will all feel sorry for the “injustice” that is being wreaked upon them? Stupid.
nailinmyeye on October 25, 2007 at 11:21 AM
Of course it is the liberal left (Code Pink) who is suppressing free speech, while the conservative right get the blame for being the bad guys. They should be held accountable for their actions. Disorderly conduct….30 days in a cell. A couple of times and they might understand what law actually means. Unless we enforce it, it will not be respected.
volsense on October 25, 2007 at 11:28 AM
Just as I believe that there is such a thing as “justifiable homicide”, I becoming to believe that there should be “justifiable police brutality”. Round these people up, shut them up, and get them out of there pronto.

These fools need a reality mugging, and they deserve to be prosecuted on assault charges.

We might just have a Senator Palpatine that letting these people into the sessions.
They dress for the part, its like walking into airport screening with a t-shirt that says bomb on board.
The Sith $oro$ is spreading the dark side of the dollar to recruit and clone Code Pink Storm Troopers.
All kidding aside, we are looking at domestic terrorist.

Where are the billy clubs? Display ‘em and use ‘em.
Too many officers are handicapped by stupid rules, including the loss of neck restraint via baton to control perps. I guarantee you, one round of the billy-club choke hold frog march and you won’t be seeing these Code Pink frothers back for a repeat.
