I’d say an oxyacetylene torch, but I’d have to check with Rosie before deciding if fire can melt bronze.

I am foursquare against any sort of vandalism. I’m serious here.

Which is why I would, quietly and in the middle of the night, attach a nicely-cast bronze plaque to the statue’s plinth detailing every single atrocity Vladmir Ilyich Ulyanov alias “Lenin” committed, personally or by proxy, in his life.

And I’d attach it with VHB tape from 3M. Enough to cover every square centimeter of the plaque’s contact surface with the plinth.

Just in the interest of Truth in Advertising, so to speak.
