I think the main thing Ms. Pelosi disliked about “Pete the Mouth’s” ranting was that it was public. As a general rule, “Progressives” prefer that the “great unwashed” (i.e., the stupidly non-progressive rest of us) don’t find out what they really think of us, or the President.

Or what they say about both behind closed doors, for that matter.

By the way, isn’t Stark the one who started a fistfight in a conference room because his own fellow Dems refused to back him when he wanted to “redo” a committee vote he lost? It seems that tantrums are a consistent thing with him.

Pete Stark- the poster boy for what “Modern Liberalism” really looks like.

Personally I like Stark. His nutjob ravings define exactly who is the enemy of this Republic much better than the Pantsuit Ponzi Person or Reaper Reid or even No Sense Nancy. The MSM can pretty much ignore the fact that this “Children’s Health Care Bill” would have shifted billions of dollars in health care to adults who are middle class but they can’t ignore Stark’s demented ravings. It defined the democrats to tens of millions of people who are looking at who they want in not only Congress but the White House the next series of years. So I like Stark and hope he stands up and spews his insanity loudly and often.

The House (& Senate) should be a place of leaders, people that have honor, morals and integrity. I will never agree with all of them but we should be able to respect them.
I do not now, and never will respect Stark. And he has now set an even lower standard for the House, a weak link, a bad person, a bad apple that if left alone in the batch will spoil the whole pot. ( others are also rotting away)
Stark represents Americans. Americans in his ‘home town’ and THEY should be demanding his resignation.
His statements proves he is a man without integrity, has an utter lack of morals to his inner core.
If he stays, that shows us the Dems condone his act, or that anyone can do and say anything (provided you have a (D) by your name) with impunity….even with out botched jokes or an apology.
Do we want more like him?

Then he MUST GO AWAY FOREVER.
