Umm, maybe you're thinking of France. 'Cause the last time I checked, innocent until proven guilty was an Anglo-Saxon concept.

England will be an islamist country soon enough, as other European countries will soon have muslim majorities. Small countries, needless to say like Denmark, Belgium and others, but islamist nonetheless. The world is changing, slow but sure. Get used to it.
