GWU slander update: Who is Brian Tierney?

Last night we reported on a group of leftists who slandered the Young America’s Foundation on the campus of George Washington University. In that post, I noted that one of those responsible is GW masters degree student Adam Kokesh, a former Marine who has turned anti-war and now runs with the Iraq Veterans Against the War crowd. That group was responsible for propping up phony soldier Jesse MacBeth.

Kokesh’s confessed cohorts at GWU include fellow student Brian Tierney. Helpfully, Mr. Tierney has a Facebook page that helps us understand what motivated him to distribute slanderous posters around the GWU campus, posters that depicted the YAF’s Islamo-Fascism Week as an orgy of racism. Those of us who aren’t students at GWU can’t access Tierney’s Facebook page, but that hasn’t stopped the details of that page from getting out.

Let’s take a look at the groups that Mr. Tierney belongs to.

I go to school in Washington DC at the George Washington University, majoring in International Affairs with a regional concentration in Latin America.
I write poetry occasionally. I love to listen to political underground hip-hop; I’m an Immortal Technique fanatic. Beyond that though, my political education began many years ago when I started to listen to Rage Against the Machine. Since then, I’ve been a committed leftist fighting for socialism, demanding freedom for political prisoners like Mumia Abu-Jamal, and struggling to one day topple this fucked up imperialist empire you call America. I think that Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz and the rest of that neoconservative, “Project-for-a-New-American-
Century”-clique that’s taken over this country should line up in the firing squad so I can spray those degenerate fascist fuckers. Kidding..kind of.
