I’ve been hearing a lot of doom and gloom lately about Republican prospects for 2008. Some people almost sound like they’ve given up. Well, I haven’t. And neither has William Kristol, who wrote this much needed, uplifting article for Republicans……

Among them is that her dentist has sculpted her fangs. This must be part of the PR campaign. so she won’t appear to menacing as she sucks the voter and those who disobey her edicts dry of their bodily fluids and funds.

What about the idea that there might actually be something behind Hillary’s negatives — you know, like Hillarycare, Whitewater, the deception over the the travel office firings, possibly corrupt profits in cattle futures, or the Magic Reappearing Rose Law Firm Billing Records, just to name a few?

You can’t leave her husband out of that abbreviated list!!!

I still think there’s a lot of sexism in America, similar to the latent racism on this issue. Why is it that the Black candidate who’s favored going into the polls doesn’t get elected? Or if he’s down by a few points, gets slaughtered when people actually vote? Because nobody tells pollster they’re not voting for a guy because he’s Black, but once they get into that polling booth, the truth emerges.

I don’t think I’m racist or sexist…but I think most of this country’s voters are.

I think that people are impressed by her brains because they aren’t as smart as she is and are looking up. Seems more impressive than it really is.

Well, metaphorically at least; but this incident at a New Hampton, Iowa town hall meeting sounds remarkably similar to an incident involving another leftwing frontrunner for the presidential election four years ago. In both cases, neither of the candid…

Those negatives aren’t scaring the voters, folks. At least, not if Hillary’s good friends at the L.A. Times have anything to say about it.

- When he was recalled, Phil Angelides will be the next CA governor
- The Shamnesty bill will sail through both houses of Congress

Uh… right now the US is the longest lasting Modern govenment. No other country has had the same form of govenment for as long as we have, without significant change.

This whole thing of young and old societys/governments is somthing coming from the “Old” Europe… trying to explain our success… but… we brought most of our society over FROM Europe. Our Religions were basicly European… our laws were based on English Common law… so except for being able to clean house 200 years ago… and getting rid of the aristocracy… we are very much alike.

The true key to the whole situation is that the Dems are buying off the electorate with promises of making things Free, by taking from the Rich… problem is that in a free market economy that cannot work…

Hillary has more skeletons in her closet than any other candidate on either side of the aisle.

Is that where they keep the bodies?

The press can push all they want, and people can talk big on blogs, but when you are alone in a voting booth, the truth comes out… For instance, look at the margins that state ballot initiatives with gay marriage amendments have passed…it took quite a few dems to get them passed.

In a country with a population of 303,076,740 people, the best we can do is elect 2 families to govern this country for possibly a total span of 1988-2016 or 28 years?

I think we can do better.
