Some cursory googling reveals Jonny Fairplay to be a douche royale but it’s hard not to feel sorry for him after watching this. You tell me, “Survivor” fans: Is this instant karma or did Il ‘Duce go too far?

I’ll be bummed if Bonaduce actually gets convicted. I think there’s a case to be made that Fairplay incited the incident, but to avoid liability, Il Duce probably should have just stepped aside when elle Douche jumped — and maybe “accidentally” upend him as he flew by. But as long as I’m not paying the legal fees, I much prefer the over-the-shoulder no-look body slam.
I think AP has being taken in by Fairplay’s sad little expression and pitiful mumbling. Or maybe it’s his own recent experience with oral surgery?
Can’t wait to hear about the next time Fairplay monkey-humps someone who’s man enough to respond appropriately. Stallone, perhaps? (ohpleaseohpleaseohpleaseohpleaseohplease)

Not here. And besides, a headlock, etc is way more complicated, unless there is a move I don’t know to swiftly put a guy humping you in a headlock. All Danny did was get him off of him by pitching him over his shoulder.
Unfortunately for him he didn’t get his hands up to break his fall, but that’s the risk you run when you hump a dude on stage with a microphone in your hand.

I don’t hold this one against Bonaduce at all. If someone jumped onto my chest and acted like they were humping my chest, a few teeth are likely on the light end of possible damage that person might face.
Secondly, all of the news items I’ve seen used the term “picked up Fairplay” which did not actually happen… it was Fairplay’s instigation.

When the girly-man jumped on Danny’s chest, his legs at least partially pinned Danny’s arms to his sides. Not too many things he could do other than heave him up and over. No way to get near a headlock. Among his few other options would have been an uppercut to the groin, and it seems that might have had no real affect on Fairplay.
I can’t see how the ‘Duce gets charged with a crime. He threw no blows. The “guy” jumps on him, and he removes the unwanted baggage. It was only an indirect result that Fairplay took a severe face-plant. Someone with a sense of balance would have landed differently.
Sympathy? A little empathy for his pain, perhaps, but no sympathy for his horrendous judgement and classless behavior.

I know Bonadouchie does the amateur boxing promos or whatever, but I never pictured him as even a D-list tough guy. That said, he tossed that little fairy over his head while holding his jacket in one hand, and that’s pretty good.
He could have done this right and just stiff armed him in the first place, but then it wouldn’t be good comedy…would it? No, this was how it needed to go.
