In order to be able to sue they have to have “standing.” Only those who have standing in this case would be illegal aliens. Nobody else is affected. Further, those who file suit must be identified, or at least known to their lawyers. The minute the suite is filed, obtain their names and addresses and deport them, or imprison their ACLU laywers for contempt if they do not identify their clients so that they can be deported. Lawyers are “officers of the court” and have a duty to NOT perpetrate a fraud upon the court or file frivolous law suits. Hiding the identity of a plaintiff is not “attorney client privilege” – it is a fraud upon the court or an attempt to file a frivolous law suit.

If any of these “activists” are themselves illegal, kick their butts out of the country as well.

Former Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Dennis Hastert implies that a good portion of his income (which is masked by foreign transactions) comes from drug money.

Regardless of the source of his money, he is very powerful and very dangerous. His “philanthropy” is designed to move a powerful, leftwing agenda.

It is inconceivable that the NYT would write this article in any way that did not suggest all right thinking people agree the illegal immigration activists.

Conservatives need their own legal activists to combat the ACLU’s bully squads.

They are fighting the ACLU on many many more cases every year and winning. It’s making the ACLU have to spend a lot more money on lawsuits they didn’t have to spend when people fearing high legal costs and feeling like they had no where to go just rolled over.

It’s a clear movement toward a one-world-citizenry, no borders, no parties, just socialism, PC and love, love, love, so long as the rest of us pay for it. And, the rest of us is the middle class.

That’s ok, time to turn the tables. Class action lawsuits from taxpayers suing the city and state for spending tax money on non-citizens.
