You must be careful, however, because in English both the gerund and the present participle end in -ing. You will have no problem, however, if you ask yourself whether the verbal form is adjectival or substantival. Noun or Adjective?

I hope people are really listening to what she, silky and Ubama are saying about UHC. I hope the GOP message counters with the failure of the EU system and better yet, what the Great White North hosed up system is. Sure the system could be better, but it ain’t broken.

But what the hey, if employers will accept fake SS#, why not fake health insurance. That way, we might someday have amnesty just for being citizens in our own country.
