This is an old, standard Communist/Socialist tactic that stems from Lenin (at least from what I can tell).

When Trotsky and Lenin were in conflict over the future of the Soviet Union, it came to Lenin making the following statement (NOTE: it is not verbatim):

I do not have abused wife voter syndrome. I do have some standards. Maybe not high standards, but not low enough to go for Rudy. BTW, I have donated to Mitt and just might be able to support Fred, maybe.

Third, Giuliani didn’t support amnesty for illegals.

He’s specifically said that he does support amnesty… but like McCain and Bush he just won’t call it that. When the last “shamnesty” bill came out, his only opposition to it was to nitpick the ID and recordkeeping requirements- not a word in opposition to the amnesty.

Huh? You asked what would turn me off, not what my litmus test for a candidate is. I respect McCain’s service, but as President he wouldn’t go out there and physically fight. And he also fought 30 years ago, against a visible, fixed enemy. We’re now fighting in the Middle East and around the world against plain-clothed terrorists.

That would only be out of shear desperation. If Rudolf (or whatever) gets the Rep Nom, I will probably vote third party or write in Tancredo and/or get drunk!

Again, good idea. Instead of going out to help elect someone you agree with a chunk of the time, or at least can be pressured by you into a policy, go vote for a third party so someone who doesn’t give a damn about you gets elected.

Ok, so let me ask you. If you’re opposed to illegal immigration, why do you support McCain or think others should? He’s sponsored amnesty before, and has the added burden of McCain-Feingold.

It goes beyond the two issues you’d like to point out about Giuliani. I lived in New York, saw and lived through his policies, and support him.

Final reason I support Rudy or Fred: They can win. John McCain won’t. You can’t win solely on the Conservative vote.

Yup and the ad should show Hsu and the other Clinton ChiCom donors.

And another thing, for an organization that was created for the purpose of stopping attacks on certain politicians(the Clintons), they have absoluteley no clue(as usual) of the irony and hipocritical nature of their attempted attacks. Sorry, but it just amazes me that adults could be so shortsighted and childishly simplistic while still expecting to be taken seriously.
