Brit Hume hosted the coverage that featured the DNC response on FNC. Media Matters or whoever is making this claim is expecting everyone not to notice the difference between Fox TV network (your local affiliate that runs 24) and Fox News Channel, home of RedEye.

Democratic Response:
FNC averaged 2,957,000 in total viewers and 764,000 in the 25-54 demo (9:19-9:24)
CNN averaged 1,526,000 in total viewers and 504,000 in the 25-54 demo (9:20-9:24)
MSNBC averaged 1,102,000 in total viewers and 446,000 in the 25-54 demo (9:20-9:24)
