On this particular aspect about Fred I disagree with you since she does seem content not to talk.

But your sentence above reminded me of one of my supervisor’s favorite sayings about telling the truth, even when the news is bad “Sometimes ya just gotta call the baby ugly”

The brothers remarks make this an issue. She may be just being PC for certain reasons, whereas the brother would have no constraints of that nature. I’d like to see it debunked or confirmed. But that’s just me. I like to get to the truth no matter how ugly it is.

I really don’t think those kinds of things (given the sources, especially) are really appropriate for this kind of discussion. It was years ago, and to my knowledge nothing criminal happened – I say let it be.

In California, however, it is considered cruelty when a husband will not let his wife have the Mercedes so she can go shopping at Guccis.

People often cite things that aren’t true in divorce proceedings. I’d take this with a grain of salt.
