The Shia-dominated Iraqi government has ordered a monument built to honor Abu Risha and is referring to him as a “martyr.” Could this be the beginning of reconciliation — with or without new laws passed?

Hmmm. If I understand this correctly he was a good guy and a bad guy. Playing both sides of the street so to speak. It will be interesting to see who steps in to take his place.
