You are right she is considered fat in the industry in NY and LA but not in Middle America where fat rules….

In Manhattan if you are fat you really can’t leave the house, people look at you in disgust. But when you travel to Maryland, VA and Florida it’s a non issue. You can’t even get a decent job up here if you are over weight.

I think the real problem is that we have taught our daughters to accept their bodies way too much. My mother thinks is ridiculous the way some of these girls in their late teens and early 20s are huge. Like she says, when she was that age had she been fat like that – no one would have spoken to her. Way too much acceptance of one’s flaws.

I blame Oprah for starting it all.

Washington, Sept 10 (ANI): Months after slamming Paris Hilton, Sarah Silverman made fun of troubled pop star Britney Spears during her monologue at the MTV Video Music Awards.

After Spears performance at the awards event, Silverman mocked at the singer’s early success.

“Was that incredible? She is amazing. I mean, she is 25 years old and she’s already accomplished everything she’s going to accomplish in her life,” TMZ quoted Silverman, as saying.

“It’s weird to think that just a few years ago on this very show, she was this, like, sweet innocent little girl in slutty clothes writhing around with a python. That’s not nice…calling Madonna a python,” she added.

Silverman also called Spears’ kids the ‘most adorable mistakes’ one can commit.

“Have you seen Britney’s kids? Oh my god, they are the most adorable mistakes you will ever see! They are as cute as the hairless vagina they came out of,” she said. (ANI)

It takes some impressive cesspool shoveling skills to resurrect this Titan of bimboland. “…she’s back, b*tch!” Yeah – just like Star Wars was ‘back’ with Episode One. At least ILM bothered to match the lines up with the mouths of the Gungan asylum rejects. If I caught my teen purchasing this maggot laden guano they call ‘music,’ I think I’d ground them from sound.

MTV should be ashamed.

When I watch a singing performance, I expect to see someone singing. Not just moving their lips like the “macho” boy required to take junior high choir. I couldn’t care less if they can “dance” as long as they can sing!

When did “music performances” turn into dance/drama performaces based on music? Thank you MTV!

The song is fabulous though, they are already playing remixes of it up here. I heard it in a club a few weeks back and the crowd loved it – great dance tune, but then again this is Manahttan….
