Is the “Seargeant Shultz” defense* going to work again this election cycle?

Seems like being close to Hillary might be hazardous to one’s health. . .

Allahpundit has more — looks like Hillary Clinton has found that $850,000 can be traced back to him, and so she’s getting rid of it in a hurry. And from ConfederateYankee, a speculation on whether there is a special discount for treason…….

Or worse, given back to the donors…. Who will turn around launder it again and pass it back to the politicians more covertly so they don’t get caught again.

The money SHOULD be CONFISCATED by the Feds (or the State if it isn’t done interstate) and put into the General Fund and/or applied directly into any budget deficit.

The way they do it now, there is no deterrent to repeat offenders… Even when they get an insignificant fine.

It would give ‘the authorities’ a bit of an enticement to enforce the laws.

Also, maybe set it up like the IRS does if you turn in a tax cheat; Give the tattle-tale 10% of it.

I was just thinking the same thing. Some of the already-reimbursed donors are about to win the lottery.

Too bad Hsu didn’t lob softball questions at a Hillary press conference. That would have sparked a real media investigation into his background.

second question: if this was a ponzi scheme, and hsu was skimming to donate to the democrats, what was he getting out of it?

third question: how do you give back dirty money that was spent on previous campaigns?

and finally: why do the election laws not include penalties that are more than the illegal donation?

Yup your right they lie really good,I worked for a courrier
company through the entire Clinton years.
I caught the Rush Limbaugh show America held Hostage,I was lucky through my deliverys to catch the whole show.
Lets say Rush educated me on the Lying Clintons.
