Bottom line is he only makes 49,000 a year and he’s 64! He should have it paid off by the time he’s 90. Whats he got, one or two more good years of work left in him? Not a very good credit risk if you ask me.
Oh, and you couldn’t pay me to live in Kalifornia.
270,000 in my town gets you 3500 square feet sitting on an acre or two in a very nice suburban neighborhood.

I can’t wait for Hitlery to get the nomination, the sooner the better. Yah, I know that she’ll have more time to plot her machinations BUT the new media will be able to cast her in an honest light. When the Clintons ran last time the Internet was a non-factor and AM talk radio was not nearly as powerful. She is screwed in ’08.

The Dhems weren’t able to lose the war, like they always do, this time around and they won’t be able to gin up an election this time out either.

Unfortunately, the Clintonistas are very good at getting out of these blatantly obvious payoff situations. They come up with some convenient excuse like Gore’s “iced tea” moment in that Bhuddist Temple, claim their innocence, return the money, and defy anybody to implicate them to the funds they illegally recieved.

Keep in mind we’re talking about California. They only FINANCED $270,000. The house is probably worth twice that. I don’t know where you live but I wish I could FIND a $270,000 house that is not in the slums.
