Oxy-morons always confuse me. I am worried now that I may be interacting with false believers. But maybe that is good because if Moyers is right the basest bigotry of true believers is bad. Yet if they are true believers they follow God. Is that not good? Yet they seek to crush the Devil’s minions. Is that not good? Yet the devil’s minions seem to be at least metro sexual? Is crushing them good? Is crushing good at all? It must be good, since Moyers crushes true believers quite well. And yet crushing is hurtful, can that be good? etc etc

Better to let Matthews crush Moyers. If one metro sexual crushes another metro sexual they cannot hurt each other for that is bad, so it will be good.

If he is so left, where is the balance? Should they not be putting equal amounts of money into shows produced by avowed people from the Right? This is partialy taxpayer funded… why are we giving one viewpoint not only a large portion, but the whole pot?

“Bill Moyer’s Journal” signals no such thing. Look it up, ‘journal’. By traditional usage, journalism is distinguished from editorial commentary. Hence the claim that prevailed in decades past that mainstream media was ‘objective, unbiased journalism’.

Bill Moyers has become vitriolic and extremist in his later years. Representing his commentary as journalism is a prime example of why PBS needs to be liberated from taxpayer funding.

Thanks for that. Scary stuff that goes to the ruthless, Machiavellian heart of Liberalism. Clearly Moyers has not reformed and is still the same person he was as a young Democrat operative, but he can no longer blame his ethical failings on “youth”.

Karl rove is educated and very obviously intelligent. Moyers and other liberals can’t believe anything but that he doesn’t believe in God.

In essence they believe that anyone like Rove is either doing it to self-servingly gain favor with the “Uneducated and Unintelligent” among us, or that they have some deep seated and ultimately flawed emotional need to believe in God (that they are essentially intellectual cowards.)

Well Moyers… you can crap in one hand and wish in another. See how far that gets you.

Let them compete with the rest of the broadcast and cable networks. Maybe Moyers and Soros will pony up some of their personal funds as an investment.
