Video: John Gibson, Javier Rodriguez shout at each other for three minutes

Exactly as advertised. Somehow this turned into nostalgia day at HA: first a cameo from the StopSexPredators guy, now a return appearance from the star of our first week in business, Mr. Moonbat Reconquistador.

I can see why Fox keeps him around. Fish in a barrel, baby.

Who is this douche? My goodness, Allah, tell me again why Fox would put this clown on television, because I am truly missing the point.

Jaibones on August 20, 2007 at 7:14 PM

If only these illegals would fight so hard against the corrupt governments of the countries they come from.

EnochCain on August 20, 2007 at 7:20 PM

Jaibones on August 20, 2007 at 7:14 PM

To show everybody who these people are. Putting people like this on TV caused the anti-amnesty Tsunami.

TheBigOldDog on August 20, 2007 at 7:23 PM

I think John Gibson was right to interview this guy, Rodriguez. I shows people what the immigration battle is all about. Javier Rodrigues is an open borders socialist in my opinion. There are many of these in this country. Not all are hispanic and speak with an accent. Wonder if Rodrigues is a member of La Raza or another similar group?

Dignity would be coming here legally like my parents did.

Tanks for the tip TBOD, just set my timer.

I wonder if they’ll show that “fire melts steel” or not.

Screw this Julio! First these creeps break US law by coming into our country illegally, then they have the NERVE to start making demands! And calling our president names!

It’s time to round up the whole ungrateful bunch, and put them back where they belong. (And repeal the anchor babylaws in the bargain.)

I don’t care if produce prices go up. I’ll eat beef if I get hungry.

What do you suppose America would look like if we got rid of the illegals, sealed the border and eliminated illegal drugs in the process? (just to mention a couple of the benefits)

Keith_Z on August 20, 2007 at 7:37 PM

This is the thanks Republicans can expect at the ballot box for granting amnesty.

I hope the White House was watching.

Valiant on August 20, 2007 at 7:41 PM

What part of “illegal alien” is it that these idiots don’t understand. If they don’t care about their native country why in the world should we expect them to care about and honor ours? This is absolute nonsense and deportations should continue but at a highly accelerated pace.

rplat on August 20, 2007 at 7:41 PM

Gibson is one of the few MSM shows that points a finger at these dhimwits and calls out a resounding BullS**t.

I like his style.

Thanks for the vidcap, AP. I wonder if John and Geraldo walk down the same corridors at Fox or do they avoid each other completely? If they happen to be there at the same time, I’d like to be the proverbial fly on the wall inside the Men’s head.

kevcad on August 20, 2007 at 7:52 PM

She chose to leave her child behind. She chose to illegally come here. She chose to put her face out there so that America would sympathize with her plight.

America is tired of illegal aliens and the many excuses people make for them. They’re lawbreakers, and so as with any other criminal, need to pay the price for breaking the law.

Now she’ll end up on Telemundo in front of the Mexican congress saying she was foreced to leave her child behind.

madmonkphotog on August 20, 2007 at 8:01 PM

A whole year holed up in a church, and she still can’t speak a lick of english. At the end of his rant, this guy starts to tell us about our broken health care system..no sh*t..I’m paying $5,850 a year, so all his illegals can pop out them ANCHOR BABIES on my dime. Couple that cost with my taxes to pay for all their kids in school, in jail etc..then my car ins. I’ve never even had a ticket in 20 years and thats even sky high..hold on, I have to take a look out my suburban home, my windows are rattling from loud car music..oh.!! no surpise here, another anchor baby all grow up, driving by and just wanted to say hi..driving behind a young mex. mom the other day, and the young popper in the back of the car kept throwing garbage out onto the city streets, and Mom just kept on trucking..

I was watching this today when it came on. It was fantastic. Good to see Gibby get fired up.

Where do we start, when moonbat’s spew this Orwellian
diatribe, they should be shut down verbally immediately.
John Gibson did a hell of a good job.
This is exactly how Republicans should be responding,
because liberal activists don”t give a rats !ss what you’ve
got to say now or ever.
Oh and i love this never ending talking points,

she will continue to struggle against the immigration raids.
The #1 criminal is George Bush, yea heard it before, yawn.
And my all time favorite EXTREME RIGHT WING,but i actually
prefer Hillarys VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY,it has a better
ring to it.

And this one is good to ,shes not related to the Sapranos
or the Corleons,i thought the left didn’t ingage in stero
types.

Bottom line, she broke the LAW,the left can shut the H!LL UP.

She was first ordered deported in 1997 and fled. Her child was born two years later in 1999. This seems to be the perfect test case to rid this country of the fraudulent anchor baby scam. She was a fugitive from the law when the child was conceived and born. There is no reason why he should be a citizen. The law was made to make the children of slaves citizens, not to make citizens of the children of illegal aliens.

Javier Rodriguez is an example of why we need to keep our borders secure. If there are more morons like this on the way, No thanks.

Guys like him would lower our collective intelligence.

TheSitRep on August 20, 2007 at 9:28 PM

Why are people like Geraldo and Javier Rodriguez demanding that the American government be responsible for Mexican and other Latin American citizens? Is it because that deep down inside they believe that Latin Americans are not as smart as and therefore incapable of duplicating America’s success? No? Then they should be demanding that Latin American governments supply their citizens with the same opportunities available in America.
On the other hand, if they believe that their people are incapable of succeeding like those in the good old US of A they should start insisting that the current leadership step down and be replaced by Americans, whom I am sure, will be more than willing to teach them the virtues of individualism and entrepreneurship.
After all, those are the two major reasons why they are “risking their lives” sneaking over the border.

RMR on August 20, 2007 at 9:43 PM

I had to turn it off. My ears couldn’t take anymore
nonsense from that Javier dude.

Texyank on August 20, 2007 at 11:05 PM

I guess the communities of illegals with citizen children will be scattering like cockroaches when the lights come on. Now if we could only get them to scatter south.

csdeven on August 20, 2007 at 11:39 PM

I turned it off when it was on live. Despicable! This is what we created. We let it happen. Lets end it! DEPORT THEM NOW!!!

What kind of beef? Well done, or medium rare? And what about chicken? ;-)

Darnell Clayton on August 21, 2007 at 1:06 AM

Keep building the fence, folks. Keep going after employers who hire illegals. Keep the heat on sanctuary cities and the politicians who support and authorize this activity. Keep this entire issue on the front burner and keep exposing this entire debacle with the F-A-C-T-S…

Rep. Paton accuses Hispanic leader of hate speech

Carrie Watters
The Arizona Republic
Apr. 20, 2006 12:00 AM

A respected Hispanic leader told hundreds of students in a Tucson high school that “Republicans hate Latinos.”

That comment, made twice in a 30-minute speech April 3 at Tucson High Magnet School, has school officials heading to Phoenix today to explain the event to state lawmakers.

Rep. Jonathan Paton, R-Tucson, characterized Dolores Huerta’s comments as hate speech

What a dumb ass. He is the poster boy of why we must shut down illegal immigration. The US sure doesn’t need millions of fools like him eligible to vote.
