Hate to pop your bubble, but there is plenty of scientific evidence in recent studies that THC can trigger mental illness in a significant percentage of the population. THC does have some long-term effects on brain activity for some people. In that respect, it is much worse than alcohol.

I agree, it’s not a disease it’s a physical addiction, but marijuana is not heroin or coke for that matter. Weed is mentally addictive as a crutch for some, but not chemically.
