Starts slow but the fun quotient simply soars in the second half. Sample quote: “It’s rough out there for a stoner.”
I hereby formally call BS on her never having visited this site before. Dude, seriously.

Sleazoid Schmidt looks like a guy who drools cheap chocolate pudding down his chin and then lets it dry in the peach pit.
And MKH over Maryjane anyday!
profitsbeard on August 15, 2007 at 9:22 PM
MKH has never smoked teh weed?
That was a classic “she doth protest too much” giggle.

Man that looks like some some stanky assed sweet leaf on their site. That must be that Canadian hydro. You know they say that stuff is stronger than moonshine.

Is a Scientology wedding ceremony all that damaging? I’m glad that turd got busted.
liquidflorian on August 15, 2007 at 9:35 PM
I like MKH but she’s gotta learn that if the host interrupts her in the middle of a good line, she’s gotta let it go. Move on to another good one. Otherwise, she ends up repeating it and it comes off as staged/rehearsed (Listen to the funny joke I wrote!).
Good job, though, MK. A little fine tuning and you’ll be killing ‘em.
MikeZero on August 15, 2007 at 9:36 PM
Sleeze is news? Who woulda thought! But I don’t watch O’really.
I’m still waiting for the stoner jokes. . . .

MKH are you going to be holding a snifter of cognac and smoking a cigarette in the next installment? Are you seducing O’Reilly?

I just checked:
HOTAIRPARTNERS.COM is available!
Allah, there’s your chance to meet up with hot conservative partners who like to lean into the camera.

You have to be stoned to dig hearing chocolate rain.
TheSitRep on August 15, 2007 at 9:50 PM
MHK’s gorgeous smile gives me the giggles, followed by the munchies.
And what’s this “Net Cop” title Bill has given her? What, no uniform? Can you imagine, Mary K. Ham in a nice little cop outfit…talk about intoxicating!
Dork B. on August 15, 2007 at 10:01 PM
Everytime MKH says “right,” I drink.
John from OPFOR on August 15, 2007 at 10:10 PM
She was only doing research Allah… and if not… who cares, its her business. Right ? Do you always have to be such a knucklehead when it comes to MKH ?

So. . . .
thirty minutes later, I’m disappointed.
If the producers at O’Reality think the material in this clip will gain them new viewers then either there is something wrong with their judgement, or there is something wrong with mine.
(Yes, I know it is difficult to fill all that air time with something original.)
You’all feel free to trash my opinion..
I feel the need for cheetos.

Then over on breitbart.com is the headline “N.M. won’t oversee Marijuana Production”, and
“Venezuela’s Chavez proposes six-hour work day”.
rockhauler on August 15, 2007 at 10:45 PM
Love me some MKH. Always! So what’s wrong with having a site for fellow stoners to gather? I’m sure they’re just trading brownie recipe’s anyway.
thedecider on August 15, 2007 at 11:31 PM
What is it with leftists and being so militantly opposed to booze and tobacco, but they love the chronic, is it because booze and tobacco are big business enterprises?
I know I’ll be accused of being some anti weed zealot, so…I really don’t care if people smoke it, as long as they aren’t driving or doing something else that will get people killed, or buying from gang affiliated people, I think it ought to be decriminalized, just focus on breaking gang distribution operations and let the stoners grow their own little stash.
And no, I’ve never smoked it, yes, I’m a square.
Anyway, it was a funny segment, but it coulda been funnier, I wish Bill woulda quit interrupting so MKH could make wit teh funneh.
Bad Candy on August 15, 2007 at 11:34 PM
I’ll take all three, thanks.
SouthernDem on August 15, 2007 at 11:37 PM
Regardless of what they say or won’t admit… Mary Katharine IS smokin’!!!
Griz on August 15, 2007 at 11:50 PM
Another good segment. She continues to get more relaxed in front of the camera, and the banter between the two on the pot site was not groan inducing but enjoyable. A little MKH goes a long way on a Wednesday. ;-)
An aside: Hey AP, no Miller Time available on tap tonight?
itzWicks on August 15, 2007 at 11:51 PM
Have at it, just don’t get caught with that chronic. A good buzz just isn’t worth a permanent record and possible jailtime to me.
Bad Candy on August 15, 2007 at 11:53 PM
Used to smoke the stuff. Quit in my early 20’s and I’m glad I did. I know people in their 40’s and 50’s today who still smoke the stuff. Sad, really, because literally none of them have any ambition in life. Not one of them has anything they really care about. It’s just about getting high and letting the world pass you by. Again, I’m glad I quit and I’m against legalizing it.
thedecider on August 15, 2007 at 11:54 PM
Its their choice, there are plenty of people fried out on booze too, some people just can’t deal with addictive substances, its up to us to donate to programs that help deal with addictions and get those with problems the help they need. I’m just a bit wary of arguments like yours, they’ve just been leading to way too much Nanny Statism lately.

I used to suspect that Libertarians were simply conservatives who liked to smoke weed and get laid. But that’s coming from a guy who, as little kid thought that all dogs were boys and all cats were girls. I thought they got married and had puppies and kittens. The 70s…good times.

I agree, it’s not a disease it’s a physical addiction, but marijuana is not heroin or coke for that matter. Weed is mentally addictive as a crutch for some, but not chemically.
SouthernDem on August 16, 2007 at 10:45 AM
Let me spare you all the trouble: I assure you that MK has not registered with any online dating sites.
So sorry to disappoint.
KatieFavazza on August 16, 2007 at 10:48 AM
“Bad chemicals”? What about THC is a “bad chemical”? I’m sorry, but you’ve bought into the government’s lie from the 1930s that marijuana is a plant used by negros to corrupt society’s values. The worst thing marijuana will do to you is alter your perceptions which could be harmful when driving.
Nonfactor on August 16, 2007 at 11:40 AM
You’re ignoring all the tar and other crap that you take in when you smoke it. That has an effect, not in the getting high sense, but certainly in the blackened lungs sense. Yeah, I know, not as bad as tobacco…its still not great for you.
And I think MirCat’s just messing with you…
Bad Candy on August 16, 2007 at 11:57 AM
Hate to pop your bubble, but there is plenty of scientific evidence in recent studies that THC can trigger mental illness in a significant percentage of the population. THC does have some long-term effects on brain activity for some people. In that respect, it is much worse than alcohol.

As usual, Nonfactor is noninformed. Pot grows parts on guys that they aren’t meant to have in such abundance, shrinks other parts they ought to have in abundance, incites paranoia/derangement, destroys ambition/motivation/energy in favor of semi-vegetative listlessness, impairs motor response and visual acuity, and diminishes immune response. I may have missed an effect or two, but that will do.
I’ve no use for alcohol either, but saying anything remotely like “pot is ok”, even just “pot is better than booze”, is simply ridiculous. And that is without the mountains of cases which support its description as a gateway drug, or the hundreds of lives I’ve personally seen flushed through its use.
One sad fact about pot-smokers, you can’t find ONE that believes they smoke too much. Most cigarette smokers admit they shouldn’t smoke, or shouldn’t smoke as much. Many drinkers are willing to admit they drink too much, even if they refuse to do something about it. Potheads don’t think there’s such a thing as too much.

When you visit the left-wing dating site, DON’T FORGET TO BRING A TOOOOOWEL! Uh… what?
Dave Shay on August 17, 2007 at 12:42 AM
pot smokers do not have large breasts. we just munch a lot of food. if that worked i would sneak it into my wifes meals.
cannabis users show up to work more often and takes less sick days the any other group of workers.
cannabis produces better quality bio fuel than any other plant. it also uses less water, fertilizer, and pesticides than other bio fuel producing plant.
it can be used for clothing, making plastic ( bet you did not know mercedes plastic is all made from cannabis ), building material, as a food source, to increase appitite, to decrease pain, allievates overactive nerve pain caused by diabetes, relives pressure on the optic nerve, prevents at least 4 types of cancer, kills tumors. the list goes on.
i suggest you get educated about cannabis and stop listening to your local WAR ON DRUGS fool who wants nothing more than money to fight a war agianst it’s own people. and take away your vote.
look at what the federal government has done to the medical marijuana movement. arresting people who fully have the right to seek medical treatment that makes them feel better. I was taught this was a basic right in the consistion.
can any other plant allow man to survive on 5 seeds a day? cannabis has all the vitamins and minerals humans need to survive. the only other plant that comes close is the yam.
stop listening to you local drug dealer (drug companies, alcohol makers, chemical makers -dupont-), and cotton dealers.
hemp last longer and just as soft as cotton.
hemp makes better rope than nylon, it is still used exclusivly on ships. the only fiber than can hold up to the sea. nylon stretches to much to be useful.
drug makers can not patent cannabis, so no money can be made.
Freelancer – you have never meet a cannabis smoker have you?
there is no study that proves cannabis causes mental illness. what the study proved is that people with mental illness tend to treat themselves instead of going to a docter who gives them medicine that causes more problems than the mental illness.
cannabis does not contain as mush tar ans bad crap as tabacco, this has been proven. it has also been proven that is prevents lung cancer. it also has been proven that users who also use tabacco stand a greater chance of developing some sort of breathing disorder, not a greater chance of getting cancer.
we did test on smoking cannabis and driving and found that smoking cannabis does not increase the risk of an accident any more than someone who has no chemical in their body. cannabis users tend to drive more carefully than non stoned drivers. they are easy to spot on the road as they tend to hit the speed limit then slow down, realize they are going slow and speed up to the limit, and repeat the process.
cannabis is not addictive at all. any smoker can go without it and have no problems at all. i sometime stop to allow my tolerance to be rebuilt. and have no problems quitting. I have been using for over 35 years. i hate alcohol is just makes me sick to my stomach and i feel poisined, unlike cannabis where the brain has special recepter just for cannabis.
doggod on August 17, 2007 at 2:51 PM
Doggod,
I worked as a drug/alcohol programs adviser for years in the Navy. You just keep on getting your information from High Times, I’ll keep referring to the hundreds of REAL LIVES I’ve dealt with.
Not a single word of your semi-coherent rant is backed up by honestly acquired statistics, nor even anecdotal evidence, just the wishful thinking of the NORML crowd.
I can’t speak for smaller ships, but there is NO hemp ropes aboard an aircraft carrier.
First off, you mean to say allow your tolerance to fall off, not be rebuilt. I know what you mean, so that you can get high with less herb. But that’s not important. What’s amusing (or would be if it weren’t so sad) is the classic “I’ve done it all my life, I can quit anytime I want” bit.
They are easy to spot on the road, are they? Are you too ignorant to realize that the reason for that is erratic behavior, indicang a lack of attentiveness to a skill which DEMANDS attentiveness? Slow driving doesn’t equate to safe driving. They aren’t more careful, they are just slower. And one reason for not wanting to exceed the speed limit is the paranoia that smokers have for the local gendarmes.
I’m not the least bit interested in any information about your wife’s physique, but you’ll notice if you actually READ that my comment about breast enlargement was a strictly MALE phenomenon in regards pot use.
Keep trying to sell your wishful thinking, though, it’ll make you believe you’re accomplishing something.
Freelancer on August 17, 2007 at 4:44 PM
just resort to calling me names. and I do not get my info from High Times. I get it from the medical comunity.
try erowid for some info on all drugs and their affect.
if you would like links to info just ask. however i thought since you have a computer you could just as easily do a google search and find info.
try doing a search on cancer and cannabis or marijuana.
notice i never needed to resort to name calling to get my point across. they only thing you are free lancing is hate and mis-information.
everyone on california drives like that, slam on the gas, slam on the brake. so the cannabis users are safer drives as they do not slam on the gas nor do they slam on the brake. we flow with the traffic.
http://www.hemp.on.net/final_folder/the_evidence/government_reports/driving.html
i do not worry about gendarmes, I obey the law. and they must allow me to smoke where ever smoking is allowed. eating and drinking is allowed where ever one can eat and drink.
there has and never will be any evidance of cannabis increasing breast size. if you sit on your buttocks and much snacks all day your breast size will increase. nothing to do with cannabis.
http://www.salem-news.com/articles/june302007/leveque_segment_6_63007.php
try reading some info from a doctor instead of a lawyer.
there is not one real life case of cannabis destroying a life without the involvement of our government and the war on drugs. if your want to talk about the cartels from the south, then you need to look no further than the governmant that created a situation where these people can make a living in the black market with cannabis. where it legal these people would not have a market.
Hemp rope is being replaced by wire rope on the larger ships.
http://hnsa.org/doc/luce/part1.htm
http://www.hemp.com/?002,22
cannabis has been used by man longer than most other plants and will continue to be used by man in the future. the current laws are creating the black market and criminals. just as they did with alcohol.
i am not selling anyting just relaying information. whether you want to listen or not is your choice. you can place the blinders on and keep moving through life or you can gather information and make an informaed choice. you cannnot learn about something by reading one side of the agrument.
pro cannabis has doctors.
anti cannabis has lawyers.
who are you gonna visit when you get sick?
who are you going to listen to when it comes to your health?
now go hareass someone using speed, cocaine, herion, and the multitude of legal drugs that have our country addicted. more people are addicted to prescription than the illegal ones.
http://www.strike-the-root.com/columns/Gee/gee10.html
http://www.boston.com/yourlife/health/blog/mclean/index.html
Over the past five to 10 years, the number of people dependent on these prescription pain drugs has grown substantially, Weiss said.
The 2005 National Survey on Drug Use and Health found that 2.2 million Americans aged 12 or older reported being new users of pain relievers for nonmedical purposes, surpassing the 2.1 million new marijuana abusers. In 2005, more than 6 million Americans in all reported nonmedical use of prescription drugs in the past month — more than the number abusing cocaine, heroin, hallucinogens, and inhalants, combined, according to a statement from the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
it is not a drug problem as much as an addiction problem.
