Unless they are physically invading our shores, none of them are worth the cost of a US Marine hang nail. These instances should be handled with MOABS, I’ve been paying almost 1/3 of my salary in taxes to build this crap that in theory was supposed to save our troops, only to find we don’t have the Malkins to use them.

Further, the biggest problem the 3rd world faces in trying to advance from 7th century savages to pre-industrial revolutionary times is…ITSELF.

The miracle of the US constitutional republic cannot be duplicated carte-blanc accross every nation. A particular mindset must be first prevelant. There was an excellent mini-bio on him in the NYT or WSJ a few months ago. He actually promoted the young soldier who shot him – the whole idea was he’s a man all about second chances, etc. I don’t have an account but I think this is the story:
