I stand corrected. Maybe coming out of the mouth of pup like Jason Mattera I could buy your interpretation. Coming from someone like Spencer, I’m assuming he knows exactly what he’s saying. And there’s nothing stopping US from reading it the way I was reading it. Because sooner or later, the strong horse is going to kick the weak horse in the a$$.

This is superb. I’ve been pushing for lawyers with knowledge of the actual threat to form some sort of coalition. I didn’t know ME Forum had actually gotten one up and running.

The Legal Project

The Forum will initially establish a network of donors, pro-bono lawyers, researchers, and analysts to participate in this effort.

An Advisory Board will be formed that, among other functions, will review and approve applications for assistance from researchers and analysts. The Legal Project will deploy a variety of tactics, including.

* Briefings by legal experts on how to avoid libelous statements.
* Consultations with libel lawyers before publishing on certain topics.
* Assistance to researchers and analysts who have been unjustly sued.
* Assistance to researchers and analysts to defend themselves against defamation.

I’m very excited about Middle East Forum and congratulate them for choosing to defend Mr. Spencer from the Council of Angry Islamic Radicals. (I couldn’t agree with you more, BadBrad!)

Spencer’s last word: “Come and kill me if you want, but I’m not going to submit.” Reminds me of the inspiring sayings of many of our great patriots: Patrick Henry, Nathan Hale, et. al.
