The only “issues” that I have is with your inability to understand a very simple concept.

This is a political blog. You are a Romney supporter, but in your “support” you say bizarre things that reflect poorly on him. It doesn’t matter one bit how I judge people – it matters how the voters judge Romney.

I can’t believe that any candidate would appreciate the “support” of someone who talks about Jesus suits and eating babies, particularly one who belongs to a religion that already has a lot of negatives to overcome in the world of public opinion.

If you really want him to win the nomination, it would behoove you to do a litte editing before you hit “Submit Comment” button.

Ok, I get it now. I apologize for assuming your stance on Mitt! was of a negative nature.

Look, there is nothing I can do to help or hurt Mitts! image in the eyes of others. My comments are a reflection of me and no one else. So, if anyone has an issue with me and the way I express mself, then they should leave it at my doorstep and judge the candidates on their words and deeds.

I am a Romney supporter and think he would make a fine President. I also think we have fine candidates running against him for the nomination that, should Romney not get the nomination for whatever reason, I would heartily support.

You are predisposed to the desire for Mitt! to have a bad name, so you create a straw man that makes that easier for you to believe that he does have a bad name.

Just because you don’t get the analogy, doesn’t mean it’s freaky. It just means you have trouble with 3 dimensional thinking that isn’t the same canned words everyone else uses. In the future, if you need help, just ask and I’ll put it in terms that you are more able to grasp.

To put the baby eating comment in simpler terms…..

Even if Mitt! ate a baby on TV, he is still a thousand times better than “the swimmer”.

I left a comment following that for CSDeven which asked why he always chose these freaky analogies and said (with apologies to Bon Jovi) that “He Gives Mitt a Bad Name”.

What’s funny is that had Mitt gotten rid of “the swimmer” in 1994, none of us would care if he ate a baby on live TV. Since he became governor of the bluest of blue states and governed as a moderate, eliminated the deficit, held abortion and gay marriage in check, etc, you’d think that all conservatives would applaud that. Mitt is a moderate and has a vast advantage of experience over the other candidates and non-candidate. The electorate in the general, who aren’t as partisan as we, will appreciate the fact that Mitt made a pledge to the people of MA, and despite his personal views, kept his promise.

That’s good stuff and will play well with most Americans.

If after either one of them become President, a major attack occurs will there be impeachment proceedings?

Over time? No. Changing positions you had just a few years prior the moment you decide to run for President? Yes.

He should’ve ran again for governor where he could do some good instead of this futile, ambition-driven run for President that he just can’t win.

Tally up the flip-flop counter, and Mitt beats out all the other candidates (declared or undeclared) combined. Mitt owns the Flip-Flop National Heavyweight title, and there are no challengers in sight. Someone who’s been so blatant about it in such a short period of time simply can’t be trusted.
