And hell yeah they should get the death penalty. The punishment behind a law shows how ‘serious’ you are about the law and I think we should be deadly serious when it comes to endangering our men (and civilians at home) during time of war.

Protesting, and expressing your opinion all you want – but support the enemy and endanger our troops and civilian weather on the battlefield or at home and you should expect to be taken down hard.

Uh, wrong! The preference for an illegal alien day laborer is the same as every other man, which is (are you ready)… WOMEN! Want proof? It’s called Univision, or Telemundo. Why else would my wife (she is American Indian, Spanish and Scandinavian, but is quite dark- she looks Greek or Persian) have been on the receiving end of so much unwanted attention from the illegals when we were high school students? April honey, we ARE at WAR! If some leak happened to get my son killed while he was in Iraq, yes, I would concider that treason. I would make sure that person was found guilty of murder. Loose lips sink ships. I feel too much information is put out for the public. It sould be like when my mother recieved letters from my dad during WWII with holes and black parts. Let our soldiers do what they have been trained for. I wish Naeomi could walk a mile in a soldier shoes in Iraq, she would change her tune.

To be critical of the war is democracy in action. To be critical of the way this admin has handled many things (immigration) is patriotism.

What strawman nonsense. No one on the right, including Melanie Morgan, says that criticism is inherently unpatriotic or innappropriate.

Consider, however, that it is possible to be critical without committing treason. This was a discussion of genuinely treasonous activity, not mere criticism.

Finally, whilst you’re trumpeting your patriotic criticism, can I share with you something else that is patriotic, something that’s rarely tried by you folks on the left? Patriotism.

Am I the only one sick of liberals whining that the Bush administration calls war dissenters “un-American” or “un-patriotic” (because he’s never said those things, while in the same interview, these libs think it’s perfectly acceptable to call their conservative debate opponents those exact names!

Oh, God, yes! It’s infuriating, yet dizzying in it’s genius. Identifying someone as unAmerican or questioning their patriotism are now tactics reserved exclusively for the left, which gets to use such attacks with impunity whilst decrying the right for ever daring to try it themselves.

Bonus points for the fact that most of the left’s whining is completey unsubstantiated. The President and the congressional Republicans are far too timid to call a spade a spade, yet the left acts like their patriotism has been under attack all this time. If only.
