I believe she used to be a Muslim, no longer is. Haven’t read her book, so not sure what her beliefs are at this time.

And just for the record… If I weren’t married, I’d be trying to find a way to court that lady. I’d savor the opportunity to be her bodyguard. I’d take a bullet or twenty, for her, just as quickly as I’d take one for our MM or MKH. I can already hear a chorus of “Amen!” being shout across the Conservative blogasphere.

A request came my way through a contact for people to sit in at the studio audience-which had 1 token Jew on the panel for discussion. My friend said it was the first time he had seen real, raw antisemitism with his very eyes. He (a non-Jew) was so freaked out that he could barely talk about it.

The studio audience was stacked with keffiyah wearing terror-lovers.

That is the CBC-and that is Avi Lewis.

Avi Lewis chose to have an interview with someone who was smart, tough, would not back down and would very likely make him look foolish (as she did). Good for him. I liked watching this interview.

His father-Stephen Lewis is a socialist communist who has made a life-career out of whining about AIDS in Africa, and has enjoyed government-appointed patronage jobs and pork-barrelling his whole life. He married the disgusting witch, and ‘mamma’ of Canadian feminism Michelle Landsberg and of course they are both self-hating Jews.

Avi Lewis married none other than NAOMI KLEIN-the disgraceful, hateful author of “No Logo”, who has also made a career out of bashing America. These two losers crash society parties, uninvited and also made a documentary that was widely mocked by even their biggest fans. They are the prized little piggies of the Canadian socialist industry-and not representative of the mainstream.

They have made it a family industry. Oh-the other daughter is a lesbian who has had two children now via turkey basters, and is IIRC, working at daddy’s new NGO-the Stephen Lewis Foundation. All in the family as they say.

Not all of us Canadians are like these. Many of us are disgusted by it-but try as we might-we haven’t yet managed to cut off taxpayers money for this incredible bullshit.

Just an FYI. Sorry to rant.

I still think of Canada as a great ally towards the United States of America,and the Global War On Terror.

I have aquaintances in certain areas of Canada who are all very supportive of America and our war on Islamofascist terrorism. They are as embarrased by their government’s liberal bias as we are distrustful of it.

I did see the interviews, but he apparently is also anti-Sandinista (because Ortega has banned abortion) and anti-Hugo Chavez (I don’t know why)!! He is actually accused of being a “neo-con” by one commenter.

Does anyone think Ayaan Hirsi Ali will make many friends on the left?

Going down the list:

She’s black but doesn’t think the US is racist.

She’s female but doesn’t think the US is sexist.

She’s Muslim but doesn’t think the US is Islamophobic.

She’s an immigrant but she doesn’t think the US is a horrible abuser of human rights.

In short, she’s not just going to be friend devoid on the left, she’s on their hitlist.

He’s too stupid to function in American society. I pity you Canadians.

I laughed out loud because I resemble that comment.

I’m very lucky that everyday I get to stream Dennis’ show on my computer at work. I find myself yelling at my computer more often than I care to admit. That’s why I love Dennis’ calm picking a part of stuff like this.

I heard the beginning of this show first, and I KNEW that HA would have something about it. Sure enough, I was right. I came here looking because Dennis said you had to see Ayaan’s face when he made the cliche comment. Hearing it is not the same as seeing it. Ayaan is SO beautiful inside and out. Her gentle speech cuts through all this guy’s hyperbole. I wish I could do that. Just to be honest, if it were me, I’d probably end up spewing a bunch of four letter words at this guy every chance I got. An image of Iraqi style news debate comes to mind.

Guess who Nimrod was and where he built a city? Hint: we’re fighting there to this day.

Also, this may be my own bias. But conservative women are just hotter than the rest.
