Joe Wilson endorses Hillary

Naturally. Where else would a man who’s strenuously opposed to politically motivated pardons turn?

This happy news inspired not one but two posts at HuffPo today. Follow that last link and meditate on the possibility that Joe Wilson’s endorsement might in and of itself be enough to tilt some of the fightin’ nutroots in Hillary’s direction.

All this means is that Joe Wilson thinks his best shot at being employed again is with Hillary in the White House. An often overlooked part about the “victimhood” of poor Joe Wilson is that the rat bastard traitor was John Kerry’s foreign affairs advisor. I suspect he’s up to the same tricks once again.

No actually it means that he thinks his and Valerie’s best shot at not going to prison is Hillary in the White House. Because the very last thing Joe Wilson wants is a republican in the White House who might want to investigate how Scooter Libby got railroaded. Plus he probably needs to hedge his bets in the event that scooter’s appeal ends up being overturned verdict.
