Video: Terrorist crony reveals secret cause of Arafat’s death

Not the first time this particular rumor has been floated but it is the first time to my knowledge that someone who might be in a position to know has claimed to know. As interesting as the information itself is the platform being used to disseminate it: Al-Manar, a.k.a. Hezbollah TV. Why would Hezbollah air gossip about a Palestinian icon that’ll inevitably lead its viewers to believe he was gay, with all the vicious animus that entails in Islamic cultures? Because Arafat was the founder of Fatah, the newest mortal enemy of Hamas, and Hamas and Hezbollah are related both by their commitment to governance by the Islamic sword and their Iranian patronage. This is just the Lebanese version, I suspect, of what happened here.

Well, color me shocked. Except not so much. When I was in Jerusalem, that rumor was running all over the place. From both the Palestinians and the Israelis. So EVERYONE there knew.

Remember the big fight over an autopsy and his medical records after he died? Dead give away. Also, he wore gloves which to me indicated he was hiding aids related tumors. And there were the years of rumors including the Israelis claiming they had tapes of orgies. And the marriage when he was already an old man to a woman he never really lived with.

This would probably be his least troubling quality.
I think the Munich Olympics, the Khartoum, Sudan U.S. State Department officers’ assassinations, the Achille Lauro, the Intifada, ad nauseam are a bit more deadly …to others.
Personally, I think he died of slow syphillitic brain death, as demonstrated by his lifelong morbid, irrational behavior.

Anyone see the news clip a year or so ago, with Arafat surrounded by other Fatah members? It showed Arafat reaching down and grabbing one of the mens’ hand, bringing it up to his mouth, like he was going to kiss it, and the man jerked it away like he thought Arafat was going to bite him. Funny stuff.

I suspected this for a long time. In 2002 I got actual first hand confirmation of it.
As a driver and quasi security personnel, I had the opportunity to chauffer a former U.S. Ambassador to the Middle East for an evening in 2002 while participating in the American Heritage Foundations annual symposium in Avon, CO. He had retired a long time ago but was still extremely sharp. There were two guests with him that night and some how they got on the subject of Arafat. Even though we were asked not to engage our passengers in conversation I couldn’t help but ask him what was really going on in Palestine. He told me in unequivocal terms that Arafat’s marriage was nothing more that a sham. A screen set up to thwart rumors that he was gay. Which as it turned out he was and had been from the beginning. It wasn’t the fact that he was gay that was at issue, it was the duplicity and false hoods created around him that was so damaging. Almost the entire culture of the Middle East is built on similar deceits. The level of corruption and social injustice is so pervasive and common that it is the norm and not the exception. I could sense he was reliving his time as Ambassador and the level of frustration he felt dealing with one hidden agenda after another in the Middle East.

The stories of homsexuality and pedophlia coming out concerning the higher ups in the PLO may have more traction and has been admitted. The Palestinians have had hell to pay from their leaders and the other Arab “brothers.”

The Palestinians entire history is like Arafat, it is a complete fiction. There never was a nation called Palestine, the Palestinians are actually from Jordan and Arafat was Lebanese. Talk about nothing but lies and deceptions.

I remember when I was a kid, I read an Oriana Fallaci interview in one of my Dad’s Playboys (after having practically memorized every photo) where she outed Arafat - saying that he was a homosexual who preferred young men, etc.
She had interviewed him once, and said that he had a beautiful young male assistant who never once looked at her during the entire interview. She also said that she had been close enough to him that she could have assassinated him, and I think that she added that she regretted not doing it.
I didn’t now anything about him at the time, other than that he was some ugly Arab leader who was probably a bad guy. I thought that maybe she made the gay stuff up because she obviously hated him. (The alternative was a bit horrifying to my eleven year-old mind.) Ever since then, every time his name was brought up in the news, I was reminded of that accusation and also a bit grossed out.
Whew. Thanks for letting me share that with you all, I feel much better now…
