If the dems win the WH in 2008, the only fun will be that the shoe is on the other foot. They have done everything in their power to undermine our President. I don’t expect the no account, wimpy Republicans in Congress will do the same to them when the WH is occupied by a Democrats. It will be up to talk radio and the conservative blogs to up the heat on the Democratic President-Elect should that evil come upon us.

Yeah, because when the Kennedys were wiretapping journalists back in the 60s, they meant well. See? Oh, and the completely illegal invasion of Cuba that wasn't even run by the Congress at all... But, of course, Kennedy meant well. Therefore Bush is tantamount to a dictator, while every other president before him meant well, thus not a Dear Leader. Makes sense to me!

The margin between those of us who think before we vote and the rest is too slim.

Thank God for the states. California is truly The People’s Republic of California. I’m glad I can nest safely within the quasi-democratic state lines of Pennsylvania, just over the border from Marxyland.

“Spying on our people without a warrant…is an impeachable offence.” Has Boxer heard of the Patriot Act? (It is still in effect, no?) (That terrorists at home or abroad are Boxer’s “people” says a lot.)
To impeach a president, he has to break the law!. As far as I know, Bush hasn’t (at least, since he’s been president).
As I’ve written before, California is really a separate country. How else could this woman get elected?

Jeez. If a loon like Boxer and that elementary school teacher whatshername in Washington State or Oregon (Bin Laden’s nursery schools) can get elected to the Senate,with evidently no experience or education of any worth, should I run?
What does one do, walk into the closest party offce and announce, “I have no skills relevent to this job, couldn’t find Diego Garcia on a map if my life depended on it, but hey! I wanna be a Senator, because I care!”
Does one have to fill out an application? Did Boxer or did someone do it for her?

Try Washington State. Patty Murray is considered the lowest IQ Senator, but she usually keeps her trap shut. Except that time she talked about how Bin Laden was so nice, he brought roads and daycare to Afghanistan.
