I think she alluded to the point, and Bill may have missed it, that these posters were likely homegrown. Not necessarily explicitely anti-war sites, but more generic net sites (as referenced earlier) like Fark or Something Awful. And the posters were most likely made by every day, anti-war (as a majority of Americans are) internet posters.

There’s nobody to go after. There’s nobody to prosecute, nothing is sacred, “war and/or Bush is bad” mentality is the source.
