It’s a few weeks old but a “Tonight Show” clip that actually makes you laugh shouldn’t be allowed to pass without notice.

madne0 on July 11, 2007 at 11:38 AM

Egfrow on July 11, 2007 at 11:43 AM

I thought they were making tinfoil hats for a moment.

I was thinking the same thing.

I’m just surprised no one used the opertunity to do a Jabba the Hutt impersonation.

DethMetalCookieMonst on July 11, 2007 at 11:52 AM

What type of gas is that?

Egfrow on July 11, 2007 at 11:43 AM

According to a commenter on YouTube, it’s sulfur hexafluoride.

frankj on July 11, 2007 at 11:55 AM

I was hoping someone would say…”Luke I am your father”

Check if you have the latest version of Flash Player.

aclark on July 11, 2007 at 11:56 AM

Can we get Michael Jackson to inhale some of that?

Bigfoot on July 11, 2007 at 12:02 PM

More sulfur hexafluoride fun here.

Leno is hilarious. It’s that other guy (what’s his name?) in NY that sucks.

Blake on July 11, 2007 at 12:21 PM

OK AP you were right, that was seriously funny………

doriangrey on July 11, 2007 at 12:25 PM

Wow! Mr. Metrosexual grew some huevos….

Tim Burton on July 11, 2007 at 12:29 PM

If the clip kept running I am sure Leno put his hat on.

Dittos
But they’re really always wearing them, we earthlings just aren’t evolved enough to see them.

Vanquisher on July 11, 2007 at 1:04 PM

Dude, I need that gas… for the next time I want to leave terrifying movie serial killer like message on people’s answering machines.

RightWinged on July 11, 2007 at 1:05 PM

That was hilarious! I love Leno!

acleaver on July 11, 2007 at 1:21 PM

Thats just plain cool/funny, Which Gas where they using?

Razgriez on July 11, 2007 at 1:44 PM

Madne0,

YouTube has always worked in Firefox on my home computer. But, when installed it at work, it doesn’t work. YouTube works in IE, though, so I know I have an updated Flash player. For some reason, I guess, Firefox doesn’t know where the Flash player in this computer is.

Anybody got any ideas on how to fix that?

Tuning Spork on July 11, 2007 at 2:02 PM

Well, damn! Not only does it do cool things and make your voice scary deep, but Wikipedia, the ultimate authority, says it’s a greenhouse gas, too!

Another fun way for us to piss off hippies!

xardoz on July 11, 2007 at 2:11 PM

What would happen if you inhaled helium and sulfur hexaflouride at the same time…?

JackOfClubs on July 11, 2007 at 3:07 PM

Now we know how the pyramids were built, they floated those huge stone blocks on gas ;:– P

JackOfClubs on July 11, 2007 at 3:07 PM

The universe collapses.

Nonfactor on July 11, 2007 at 5:01 PM

OK, now we know WHAT it is. How can I MAKE it?

Sensei Ern on July 11, 2007 at 5:17 PM

He should do that again when Hillary is on stage…

Zorro on July 11, 2007 at 6:02 PM

It reminds me when Will Ferrell shot himself with the tranquilizer gun in “Old School”.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=4CqfZfFn33Y

And Jay Leno is definitely better than David Letter-windbag.

clghitis on July 11, 2007 at 6:43 PM

Letterman did a show from San Francisco 10-15 years ago, and someone from the Exploratorium demonstrated breathing this gas (but not the floating foil boats).

What I’d really like to see is this demo with some woman with a high voice.

JimC on July 12, 2007 at 1:15 AM

Can we get Michael Jackson to inhale some of that?

Bigfoot on July 11, 2007 at 12:02 PM

So then he’d only sound like Mickey Mouse, right?
