Ouch! I would have been spared that trauma, I went to test drive one when they were new, and found I couldn’t get my legs under the steering wheel. They should make a model size in extra-long.

I’m just liking the idea of a C-5 paradropping thousands of ChemBots into Waziristan to hunt for Osama. It sounds like it would be something like a bad sci fi horror flick for the poor jihadis, who would not be able to sleep for fear one of our jellyfish robots would sneak through a chink in his mudbrick hut and do him in.

Taking a cue from the animal kingdom, DARPA suggests that the ChemBot have elastic materials capable of twisting, crumpling or bending like an octopus or insect
