There’s no reason they couldn’t have taken a picture of our military from our military. It’s not even attention to detail that’s the problem here. The .gov webpage of our armed forces shouldn’t be so foreign to people working for an elected official no matter who the official is, let alone the Speaker of the House.

Dear Ms. Pelosi,

I wish to thank you for increase Canadian Soldier veteran funding. I’m sure it will go a long way to increase the number of votes you receive from Canadian Veterans. However, although we do appreciate the additional funding, I don’t think you are currently eligble for election to the House Of Commons. Perhaps you were hoping for an appointment to our Senate, where you would be able to only attend a minimum of 20% of sitting days, and never have to worry about being re-elected.

In any case, may I suggest that instead of funding our veterans, perhaps you might find some veterans closer to home.
