It’s said that the pun is the lowest form of humor. Not so. The sight gag is.
But sometimes it works.

IMHO, nuclear proliferation jokes are going to be as popular as concentration camp jokes after Iran’s first test.

I don’t know, I mean, Hogan’s Heroes was pretty popular when I was a kid. You know, that comedy show about those wacky, zany Nazi’s and their prisoners.

Liechtensteiners are indignant at the way all these characters repeatedly mutilated the name of their now significant nuclear nation.

A correction is in order here:
Puns, as you yourself suggest, are not the lowest form of humor, so the sight gag hold on the bottom of the totem poll is secure.
Puns are the lowest for of wit. Wit, however, is the highest form of humor.

The small size of thei warhead allows them to be mated to RTF (”ready to fly”) radio controlled “cruise missiles” purchased from Toys R Us.
Tiny Liechtenstein will soon have a strategic nuclear strike capability second only the that of the US.
No wonder France already surrendered…..
