Hippies suck. Mosquitoes suck. Question is: What would you rather have your backyard infested by? Mosquitoes or Hippies?

Now let’s see Chavez write an article demonizing the relationship(s) between La Raza, ANSWER, the Brown Berets,MECHA, Mexica and on and on.

I guarantee I have more support on that statement across the country, then they have on amnesty.

He has been criticized for not doing enough for the bill, which is bitterly opposed by many conservatives in his party. Some lawmakers claim it is dead for the year, but Bush said it was only one step back after “two steps forward” and vowed to push ahead.

“I believe we can get it done,” he said.

What was the second step that this bill made and what was the step back? I don’t see that he has made ANY forward progress on this shameless attempt at saving his 2nd term.

Really, what progress has been made?

All this has done for me is pushed me to challenge Bush, whereas in the past I would generally give him the benefit of the doubt.

How many of us doubt that there are some serious back room negotiations going on right now? What do you figure, a couple days and the traitors will come out with some amendments to this bill that will give them the 15 votes they need for cloture?

People, these fools still don’t get it. They think we want this convoluted horse$hit bill when what we really want is a stand alone bill that solves singles issues one at a time.

I guarantee you that they have taken polls that identify the minimal areas that they need to make concessions on in order to get this monstrosity passed. We need to be completely unmovable in our resolve to get a stand alone bill to secure the borders. Pass it on!

When Bush says “I believe we can get it done,”, the image of he and the senate lined up behind a bent over American public. With NO KY!

The fact that the logo is freakin’ ugly would never have convinced the idots on the logo committe to go to Plan B.

But a hint of support for Israel? . . . Who in the UK wants that “badge of disgrace”! I predict they’ll dump it within a week!

One of the largest outbreaks of malaria caused by mosquitos happenend in winter in Siberia. A wives tale that mosquitos and malaria are only a tropical desease.

That’s what DDT is for, but then better to save a few birds and mosquitos than a few million people.

He also found that especially malarial-carrying mosquitos were attracted to the bacteria odor of feet, which is what they homed in on.

This is what I’m doing now. I would like to be able to go outside without hosing my entire body down with repellent or wear long sleeve, but alas, living in Dallas, TX, proper in the summer can be very uncomfortable – which brings me back to square one – being comfortable in my own back yard.

These efforts seem futile, as I am detected as a warm, CO2 exhaling target in a matter of minutes. I don’t live close to any stagnant bodies of water (that I know of – there could be some in neighbors’ enclosures) so I’m at a loss besides calling professionals or going with the ol’ Citronella torches and what not.

Mosquitos love me, so I can commiserate. Discover magazine had a very useful article years ago written by a guy who researched the biting patterns of different species of mosquitos. He discovered that the malaria mosquito does not bit the same as other mosquitos – preferring the lower legs and feet. Thus, in malaria zones, wearing long pants and socks during the evening and night hours does wonders. Plus, sleeping under a net.
He also found that especially malarial-carrying mosquitos were attracted to the bacteria odor of feet, which is what they homed in on.
That’s just to inform you that you can know your enemy. US mosquitos will bite anywhere. If you can’t scour the area because of neighbors and so forth, then you cover yourself. For evening outings on the patio, use bug sprays on your own skin (like OFF) and clothing that provides a barrier – loose pants, longer sleeved shirts thrown over the shoudlersand arms while outside. Also, for casual hanging out – Bug Off treated clothing available at outdoors outfitters like LL BEan and Cabelas, among other suppliers.
SMoke from torches and so forth get blown away by the wind.

Free loaders = Chinese (they work for practically nothing, God bless ‘em)
Welfare cheats = us and everyone learns it when they get here
Baby factories, dirty, diseased and idolent = Irish (got in on good beer, but won’t make it here)
Criminal behavior = Italians (also cause high tomato prices)
Won’t learn English = Brits and Africans from the colonies .. oh, and the French

Hispanics? I’ll tell ya some of the reasons I don’t want them here. They’ve got no eye for symmetry; plants and flowers in their garden are always a mishmash and its an eyesore. They leave rooster tails in lawns and water too much. The massive influx will cause a huge move to baseball and away from other sports; Olympic gold wins will drop drastically. I think they use accordians, too; I’m already deathly afraid of Poles and don’t need another ethnic group to watch on that accord. They can fit three times more people in the back of a pickup than any other ethnicity and that will kill public transportation. They’ll never learn to eat dinner at 6:30 PM; I’ll be smelling barbeques all night and it will drive me to obesity.

That’s not all but those are already more than enough.
