Here’s the former majority leader doing his level best to make his party a permanent minority by demanding to know if the Senate has the gusts, the nerve, the raw testicular fortitude to ram through this disastrous piece of open-borders shinola.

Let his fawning praise for conservative hero Ted Kennedy be the epitaph for this travesty.
