India is following the model laid out by Japan after WWII and I think we all know how well it worked for Japan. India has five times Japan’s population, hence five times the number of exceptionally bright candidates to work with. This makes their strategy a win win situation for both India and America. Plenty of highly intelligent Indians remain here contributing to America’s success while an even higher number return home constantly improving India’s position in the world. The best and the brightest from the entire world flock here and make amazing contributions before returning home or by choosing to remain here. This is a model for success that we should be encouraging the rest of the world to follow.

And with that I must conclude the post and relinquish the high ground, thanks to the idiots on our side who pull this very same dirty trick with “Barack Hussein Obama.” Good work, guys!

The difference being that Conservatives do not play identity politics, Democrats do. Can you blame them their constituents eat it up. Unfortunately it backfires on them but works great for us. That is why Obama’s blackness or lack thereof was ever an issue. So lets call evrry candidate by their legal name and see who comes out on top.

Pffft. Some of them can, but the majority can’t. Where I work we’ve had to re-code most of the work we outsourced there. We had it re-done by Ukes.

They’re like anybody else; some of them are brilliant and work hard, and some of them ain’t and don’t.

If people want to stick Obama with a label, how about starting with “Marxist” Stalinist since that is what his degree from Columbia U.’s polisci department technically qualifies him as.

Of course, he could be one of the few good ones left. From what I’ve read so far about him I am cautiously optimistic. Still, giving the nutroots at the top of DNC any more power seems like a huge mistake. He would have to be one heck of a good conservative Dem for that to be appealing.

But, if the governership of Louisiana has been and would continue to be going to a Dem anyway, it might as well go to a decent one. (Hmmm, maybe the DNC DOES want to sabotage him after all.)

Anyway, if those are examples of what people refer to when they say “he speak good,” I don’t know why they have a problem with Bush.

I’m already here, baby! Currently living under the incoherent and inefficient rule of Aaron Broussard of Meet The Press Oscar moment fame. I was actually one of the people who tried to get him recalled, and I’m working my keister off trying to get anybody worthwhile to run against him. The one guy who is running hasn’t got a chance, mores the pity.

From a young age, all villages subject their kids to aptitude tests. Based on the outcome of the tests, the best and brightest from each village are sent to the IIT. Upon graduation, they are sent to America to continue their academics and begin a career. Many would stay in America, sending money back, while others would return to India and apply all the new skills and experience attained in the states to new ventures in the mother land. The idea was to use America to bring India out of the third world and into the “super powers” club. It’s working. Had I not read this in a book written by a billionaire venture-capitalist, I would have scoffed.

To put it into ultra-simple terms: Indians appear to me to be the Vulcans of our planet. If you want to group them all into one stereotype, fine, provided you remember that they are typically quite respectful, proper, precise, and patient. I would be interested to see what kinds of anthropological history exists that would explain these almost across-the-board traits shown by people native to India.

Let’s also remember that the Indian Railroad was at one time the largest and most successful business ever. I have deep respect and admiration for India and it’s people and have an almost naive blind trust for Indians in my industry.
