Nice to see these poor hard working government folks taking such nice vacations off of the taxpayers dime. My vacation this year will be spent on my front porch. That’s about as far as I can afford to go due to the outragous hikes in gas prices, oil prices, food prices, and property taxes. Just to name a few. We are so screwed…..

Send your DEMOCRATIC representative a WHITE FEATHER post card! Tell them that you think that he/she is a CROOK, LIAR, and THIEF, acting like a fat greedy pig at the public trough.

Call him/her a LIAR for promising to END the “business as usual,” and reneging on it.

Then write a letter to the editor exposing the Democrats as the crooked TURDS they are.

Why feed me that bitter pill? Aren't we suffering enough? :) But I keep thinking that we might get a repeat performance on this whole Executive thing. Our candidates seem to be like magnifiers for the differences within out Big Tent, and I am beginning to think the only thing that would zap us off the couch this time in enough numbers is a candidate to vote against. So, er: Hillary in '08!

Has anyone noticed the members of the new congressional majority have an issue of furrowing their brow Cynthia McKinny style? Like “You talkin to me?”, all bristly and stuff? This is in stark contrast to the humility shown by the truly great people of U.S. history. Even MLK was refined to a degree. NOTE to congress drop the badass routine! That goes for you too McCain.

Forget the spin that Bennie Thompson tried to put on it; Caneel Bay, on St. John, US Virgin Islands, is a very expensive resort. Ferarri expensive, as in ‘if you have to ask…’ The only other place to stay on St. John is a campground owned by the National Park Service.

They made a special trip to stay there. It is about half hour hop from St Thomas and the National Park takes up most of the island.

It really is ‘all about the Benjamins’

They detailed 3, said there at least 10 this spring…each one detailed was well over $100,000 (130,000 – 160,000) — um that is well over 10 million bucks! Now THIS is what you call a scandal.

And of course it’s hilarious the ethics party with all their promises were all violating the balanced party rule.
