Here’s a description, via the Drudge Report. There’s nothing else I can add:
The campaign trail is long and tough. Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton struggles through a commencement address at Dillard University in New Orleans Saturday, May 19, 2007. The senator from New York was plagued with dry throat, wheezing and a coughing fit as she wrapped up her speech on health care and rebuilding New Orleans.

It’s called Katrina cough, If it don’t kill you it makes you stronger. I know I live here.
P.S. Katrina cough is a real thing!
abinitioadinfinitum on May 20, 2007 at 8:35 PM
Yes indeed.

Well I agree with Clinton on one point. We need to address the growing mental health problem in New Orleans. She is a stubborn opportunist, hell bent on creating HER vision for America. It takes a village to turn the rest of the Country into a village. Unga Bunga!

It’s tough enough to watch when she is in good health. I could not make it through it since she sounds awful and she is probably contagious. I don’t even like to watch from afar when someone has cootys. Sure as I do I have them to.
Did she finish?

How to inspire the young liberal mind – show up to a commencement speech with the flu.

Hill,
Call Mike Moore ASAP. Get Soros to give you a free plane ride to Cuba and hook up with the miracle cure for Fidel’s rear end. It might actually help your brain!!

Some people just don’t know when to shut up.

Hillary’s sick, all right – but it has nothing to do with her cough.

She should withdraw from the campaign, too weak to be
czarpresident.Zorro on May 20, 2007 at 9:17 PM
…but I hope she’s feeling better soon.
Zorro on May 20, 2007 at 9:18 PM
I think she should be called “Sick Hillary” all the time.

Whatever happened to commencement speakers who actually talk to/about the graduates instead of giving a stump speech?
Quisp on May 20, 2007 at 9:22 PM
It takes a village to make an idiot…

I had Wilma Wheeze forever. I am allllllllllllll sympathy for you!

Hillary bacillary dysenterium est.
petefrt on May 20, 2007 at 10:50 PM
How twisted the mind of one Hillary
Whose head is a seething bacillary
For the breeding of bugs,
Which resist all known drugs,
To make toxic rhetorical artillery.
petefrt on May 20, 2007 at 10:57 PM
We do indeed. There are only so many seats at City Hall, after all, and what are we supposed to do with the rest of them?

Just like New Coke came out to cover up the switch to high frutos corn syrup. This cough cough hack sputter weaze is just to cover what other accent she’s switching too. (Or just back to her ‘white’ voice)

Has anyone blamed Bush yet? Because I do.

Amazing. She had a cold.
Great post, Ian. Profound.

She had a cold? I didn’t notice. I was too intrigued by a commencement ceremony being interrupted by a campaign commercial.
“Government under me will fix everything. I feel your pain. Vote for me. Oh, congratulations for…something.”

What is up with her hair? She’s sick, but can’t she have her hair done nice?
serpentineshel on May 21, 2007 at 9:35 AM
I’m sure Jimmy Carter has, and if he hasn’t yet, give him time.
Rick on May 21, 2007 at 11:48 AM
I’m sure there is a lot of Maid material in that audience that can help out.
