Yeah, I have heard Geraldo make such claims.

I also thought the same, that the illegal invader broke the law, so, like others, including legal residents of the US, if they break the law, they pay the price.

Should we release all rapists, thieves, murderers, con men, etc., from prison because their children don’t have their daddy or mommy around?

Absolutely not!

When the illegal invader engages in other violations of the law while here, they definitely should be punished and eventually deported. It is they who did not consider what their actions might do to their family.

Of course, when deported, they can bring their family with them.

Geraldo is a has-been. I’ve had nothing but disdain for CNN for 17 years, but I’m going back. FNC has shown their true colors putting Geraldo back on the air. Geraldo, Greta, Kimberly… I’m sure are all nice people, but all they ever do is chase the coroner. I just can’t take it. Geraldo can’t help himself, he’s a born liar. Geraldo has forgotten that being allowed to remain in America for LEGAL immigrants is based on OBEYING THE LAW. Jean this was made clear to Jean when he was naturalized. My cousin's wife knew this when she came to America years before Jean did because she was told this. So, I cannot by his story about law changes and whatever else. Indeed, when someone becomes naturalized in this country, has kids...then that especially means to keep within the law. It is not the fault of OReilly, Hannity, Lou Dobbs, or anyone else if Jean decided to break the law. Every country has the right to control its borders, legislate and relegislate immigration policy.
