Memorial Day is the day to honor our dead.

Politicizing this day is like protesting a funeral and makes Mr Edwards and those who follow his directive this Memorial Day, no better than Phelps and his offspring.

I’m beyond disgusted, and when the Edwards bus tour stops in our town, this WILL be a topic.

Also,just for fun, I registered with them so I could put my own “little grassroots” event on the website (it has to do with my plans to verbally abuse any idiots who show up with signs at the event at the national cemetery in my neighborhood). We’ll see how long it takes for it to be removed from the site.

I don’t remember defending Edwards or encouraging anti-war protests on Memorial Day. In fact, I have said repeatedly I’m not an Edwards fan and don’t plan on voting for him.

I have no problem with you attacking me or calling me an asshole, that’s to be expected; I would just prefer you do it in reference to things I have actually said or have voiced my support for instead of just including me in your delusional blanket-liberal criticism.

Disgusting. I will never understand the idiot phrase, “support the troops. end the war” It’s an oxymoron. It’s like saying to Edwards and his kind, ’support the lawyers. Stop litigation.

Of course you would never understand that – and neither would I. We know people who gladly serve their country and would give their life for it. They don’t. That’s why they don’t get it.

Then take a digital photo of yourself and your family or friends holding up the poster and tell us about it.
