Not just CNN but CNN International, so we’re talking one powerful unconscious wish here. Be thankful it didn’t read “Bush struck by lightning.”

Do the libs need a wet nap?
Mazztek on May 11, 2007 at 4:00 PM
Why can’t they get used to the fact that Bush is going to serve the rest of his term? If it’s not subconscious desires leaking to the world-wide press, it’s this moronic (mostly nude) push for Impeachment.
Get freakin’ over it.
Viewtifulgare on May 11, 2007 at 4:02 PM
I think the Libs would freak out even more with Cheny running things.
LOL!!!

Get the “Bush gone” meme out into the public consciousness enough and even that recalcitrant Nancy Pelosi will stop blocking The Will Of The People and move those impeachment hearings along.
eeyore on May 11, 2007 at 4:20 PM
That is not a slip… These are childish liberals were talking about. They know that they can do this, and just call it a slip.
“Adherence of the Repeated Meme”…Anyone a Dr. Who fan?
tickleddragon on May 11, 2007 at 4:41 PM
Oh, that’s what that noise was. I always wondered what the sound of millions of people achieving orgasm at the same time sounded like. Too bad it was premature.
JinxMcHue on May 11, 2007 at 4:43 PM
Good thing he’s not one of the 100 most influential people in the world or anything.
TexasDan on May 11, 2007 at 5:08 PM
CNN International makes CNN look like The National Review. There are no bigger bunch of jew hatting, jihadi loving Bolsheviks.

sonnyspats1 on May 11, 2007 at 5:21 PM
They can’t. They wish Che and Bush would trade places.
CliffHanger on May 11, 2007 at 5:23 PM
For “12 seconds” the world stopped, and there was peace, love and harmony. It’s as if everyone reached a state of euphoria all at once, but then reality set in once again – the Bushitler had never left.

Sean Penn just wet his panties
abinitioadinfinitum on May 11, 2007 at 5:37 PM
Breaking: Bush resigns. Cheney follows.
There’s a dearth of shrinks to handle such a global BDS-withdrawal.
Entelechy on May 11, 2007 at 5:37 PM
Exactly. If you REALLY want to see them wet their pants, we should try figure out a way to coerce all of the major metropolitan newspapers into printing the following headline on April 1st, 2008:
Bush resigns. President Cheney declares martial law.
CyberCipher on May 11, 2007 at 5:40 PM
Martial law around the world.
There’s a new sheriff in town, and he don’t play around…

Ferrets, ANOTHER fred? speech, and now this? Must be a sloooooww news day.
csdeven on May 11, 2007 at 6:02 PM
Someone explain to me how this was an accident. Someone fat-fingered “Pressure over Iraq” and it came out “Bush resigns”?
stonemeister on May 11, 2007 at 6:42 PM
More importantly to the actual story – Blair’s resignation – is his likely successor, Gordon Brown.
It’s not bad enough that Brit homeowners are up against financial penalties if they don’t greenify their homes

But this guy wants a “New World Order” to combat “global warming”… I have hesitated to make the point that this is what “global warming” is all about, very often, because it makes me sound like a Truther, but the evidence is there for you. Kyoto, all of it. It’s all about the UN governing the world with laws and taxes. It’s a small first step. They’ve tried to implement it with “SARS”, “bird flu”, etc. but it never stuck. They’ve got their best candidate in “global warming”, which is why they keep having their panel of “scientists” (read: a few scientists who get paid to agree and thousands of political figures bulking the list up with “important” names)

Call me another kind of Truther if you’d like, but it’s happening before your eyes.

By the way, does anyone remember the outrage from the lefty blogs and HuffPo commenters over the mistaken (D) next to Mark Foley’s name on Fox News?
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/thenewswire/comments/2006/10/04/30929
compare that with their reaction to “Bush resigns” today on CNN Intl.:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/thenewswire/comments/2007/05/11/48249
(Of course there are a few cons there sticking it to them with the usual “what bias?” comments… The problem is their side outright lies and creates scandals regularly, roots for the enemy regularly, ignores real stories, spins others, photoshops, makes these on air “mistakes” all the time. You never hear the outrage from these folks except when a sicko is mistakenly identified as someone on their side… As if the media hadn’t made sure we all knew “HE’S A REPUBLICAN!!!”, despite countless scandals where a Democrat is involved and the wire stories don’t mention his party affiliation.)
RightWinged on May 12, 2007 at 12:01 AM
On CNN international today headline:
Bush resigned
Cheney has heart attack
President Pelosi ends war turns capital building into first national mosque of the New American Caliphate.
