Sweet. You’ve got two videos to choose from here, both worthy and both courtesy of reader James M. One comes from CBS, the other, which you can access by clicking the image, from ABC. Enjoy.

With Memorial Day on the horizon, let us all remember, and do something good that day. Hang a flag, attend a parade, thank a Veteran, and remember the sacrifice of all these great men and women for what the freedoms we so should cherish….

Thanks, Allah. I needed to see that. This is the way its supposed to be.

Nothing has made sense in my world lately, and in the world in general. Things seem backwards.

This seems right.

From what I remember of him, MAJ Bart is good people. Of course, I am biased, being ILARNG….

When I came home, Allah offered to kick in for the first six pack of my welcome home party. Heh.

No one in Hollywood can figure out how to make a buck off stories like this?
My god, look at little Antonette – at any moment. But especially in the CBS link, after she says, “When my Dad first left my Mom started crying when he left.” Just watch her eyebrows right there. And the little, brief crack in her smile.
The story of this deployment could be told purely from Antonette’s POV without a bullet or politician in one frame.
I’d watch it.
